i like to use it on and off once skip once skip however the results are amazing :)!

They really do! I can tell a huge difference from when I cut my hair 3 months ago and my hair has grown about 2 inches. (My hair grows super slow) I haven't been using heat on my hair a lot either. I would highly recommend this product.
