Good addition to tools
It bends tubes. What more can be said about it? Hold tubing against channel and bend The only minor issue is the radius could be smaller for tighter turns but the hand held “pliers type” bender is better at those types of turns

Decent Tool, excellent for making larger bends not so much for smaller ones
Title intro says it all. Nearly 72 1/2 Years of Age & have just formed My 1st brake lines 😉. This worked fine for larger bends (i.e.-not so much for tighter bends) -had the bending circle of the Tool been smaller it would have been more useful IMO. It was good to get the bend started but for My application I had to continue to make a sharper bend either by hand, or by inserting a small pipe or a socket extension in My Vise & continue to use them to aid in My bending of the brake line around them. If You do bend by using Your hand or extension/pipe You have to be extremely careful not to kink it. Again if the bending wheel of the Tool would have been smaller it would have been more versatile but it was worth what I paid for it as it did get Me started in the right direction. Best, PawPaw C

this is the handiest little tool I have ever bought in my life
Hello yes I like this tubing bender because it small and portable and easy to use with your hands. Yes it takes some elbow grease but it is a nice small tool that is handy and can fit in tight areas to make tight bends even if the line is on the car. I used this to bend 5/16" stainless tube and it sort of worked good, it almost kinked two corners but i wasnt holding it tight enough and what I did was just take the line and used a hammer to tap the dents on either side of the line and it pushed the kink back out. still this tool made the rest of the bending process fairly easy and much more accurate than using my thumbs and hands. thank you!!

Great product!
Super heavy duty. Use to bend 1/4" SS tubing on gas turbines. Love the portability.

Tried all types of brake pipe bender you can think of before spotting this in a YouTube video. Ordered it on Amazon from the US, arrived in UK way ahead of schedule and it’s amazing. Works great on 3/16 and 4.75mm pipe. Chuck the others, you’ve found the only brake pipe bender you’ll need.

Have been using this for 3/16" steel tubing and it works great! Also small and compact so takes up no room in the tool bag.

My brake lines are 3/16", which is pretty common sizing. So this worked beautifully on both copper/nickel line and steel line. Would recommend. No need really for the bigger more elaborate tools for such small brake line, and again the compactness of this tool made it usable in tight spaces. Yay!

Haven't tried a 180 deg. yet but it makes a sweet 90 deg. Just clamp it in your vise or use by hand on or off the vehicle. I seriously recommend for bending lines without bending your wallet !
