My cat loves this product! He was scratching the couch when I was away for work so I decided to purchase this to put on the chair and a few other regular posts. This is by far his favorite because it simulates the upright position of the couch. He runs to it every time he gets a little stressed when I’m away. Very good product.

It's an great product if you make sure to check the dimensions. It's nice and tightly woven.I checked the dimensions before but it wasn't really clear how the velcro is laid out. IT'S ONLY ON THE LONG SIDE. So if you think you're gonna wrap your chair leg with the shorter side, the velcro is basically useless. I ended up having to use my own velcro to hold it in clase. It sorta works, but I might as well buy the cheaper mats with no velcro.

My cats love these. My only complaint is the Velcro on these aren't worth much, it barely sticks. It works enough to keep them on but only the edge of the Velcro is sticking. With better Velcro I'd give it 5 stars.

I purchased these to replace sisal rope our cat sliced through on an expensive scratching post. Wow, what a nice upgrade! I was able to remove all of the rope (which fortunately wasn't glued very well and probably why I was damaged in the first place) and wrap one of these pads around the post, with the velcro holding it securely. Our cat loves this more than the rope and it doesn't leave all kinds of strands of sisal rope all over the floor. So far, so good. Highly recommend. For reference, our scratching post is 18" high and 11" around.

I use these on a post in my house. I screw them in place so they do not move. They are sturdy and last a while but when they start to shred, I remove and screw a new mat in place on the pole. Been doing this for over 10 years now. The cats love it.

This worked great as a replacement for the worn out sisal pad on my cat scratcher. I just stapled it in place. The cats seem to like it!

Just what I needed

I think my cat is just more into cat scratch boxes more than mats. He hasn't even touched these and always gravitates to the boxes instead. The product is very sturdy, I just wish my cat were more interest in these!
