MD Formulations makes a dedicated face wash product as well, but I prefer this general purpose scrub. A bit higher concentrations of AHA's I think..along with a very fine grain sandy physical exfoliator. I use it about once a week on my face, using a non-gritty cream the other days. This is just enough to keep my face smooth and soft. Any more often and I think my skin would dry out (I have combination skin) As for its use as a body scrub...use it every day if you like, it is a very good way to keep skin smooth as silk. Good product!

I love this product, which I originally purchased in a spa. It is gentle enough to use everyday, per the directions, but it really does a great job. It gives my skin the look of having received microdermabrasion. That's how well I think it exfoliates. The old, dead cells are sloughed off and fresh new skin is revealed. Don't rub too hard. I use it just of my face because of the cost. It's pleasant to use. Contains 15% Gylcolic Compound.Not too grainy. Just enough to know it's doing the job. I can see the difference in a couple of days. I shared this with my husband, and he likes it, too. Really gives the skin a healthy, rich look. I also like Origins Modern Friction Nature's Gentle Dermabrasion Face Scrub - 4.0 oz Origins Modern Friction Nature's Gentle Dermabrasion Face Scrub - 4.0 oz. However, the MD Formulation is easier to use. Both are excellent. This I can use every day. Origins I use like a weekly facial treatment. I ordered MD Forumulation from DERMAdoctor via Amazon and was very pleased with service.

Gentle yet very effective! I have very sensitive,dark asian skin. Keeps it smooth, helps lighten pigmentation and keeps my acne under control. Large bottle which I mainly use for my face and neck.. should last a year.

I have been using MD Formulations since last 3 years. Works great and lasts really long time. Washing face just twice a days keep my skin acne free and smooth - glycolic acid helps the skin rejuvanate.The best face wash I have every used. I have already recommend to all my friends and atleast 12 of them are currently using MD :)It is really that good.

this will really scrub your skin thoroughly- great way to save on pedicures and good for the occasional facial. (It's pretty strong so I wouldn't use it daily on your face; maybe every few days or once a week). This is the best I've used.

I love this scrub! I used to work for Bare Escentuals and we sold MD Formulations there. I really liked a lot of products from that line but the scrub is the one I keep coming back for. I have oily skin that is prone to breakouts and I scar from acne easily. I think some people may find this scrub abrasive but I think it's perfect. It's not as abrasive as like the st. Ives but its definitely more corse than like the clean and clear otc scrubs. It's in between. It also helps it has the glycolic acid exfoliant too. I use it every few days and my skin is so much smoother and over time more even. I'm afraid that I won't be able to find it one day. Good stuff!

I stocked up on these, been using this for a year and a half now. Best body/face scrub i hav found so far!
