This is the best mandolin. It gives you three different slicing sizes. Slices vegetables, and no time. Be sure to use the protective guard. The blades are very very sharp. It’s also the perfect size. It can fit in a thin drawer and it’s not too bulky. It also cleans very easily. You can put it in the dishwasher or just rinse it under the faucet. It’s very handy.

I have tried several different mandolin slices. Finally I found one that is easy to use and gets the job done. This one is very nice, and simple to use. I will be purchasing a few for Christmas gifts too! Fantastic little mandolin slicer. Now I don't even mind having to prep veggies. I used to have my husband do the slicing or chopping of veggies for me, because that was the part of cooking that I always dreaded. But now I sort of look forward to it, because I love this mandolin slicer. Great kitchen gadget!

I have searched for quite awhile for a simple mandolin with easy cleanup. This one is great!! I has three settings and a lock setting for safe cleaning. I’ve had it about 6 months now and just had to write a review to say how pleased I am. Great price also and comes with a pincher to hold the veggie in place and protect your fingers. It takes up very little room in my cabinet.

This is a good little go to tool for simple quick job, such as cucumber salad. It is easy to use, very sharp, easy to clean and a good option for a small job of slicing. The food gripper isn't great but isn't really needed. I wear protective gloves. I recommend it both for the size and price.

This works great!!!!!!!! I make professional subs with this. My own bread. Then I slice frozen chicken breast just like the sub places. Fry them up with peppers onions etc. i can make the onions super thin. Number one is the best setting for this. A tomato thats not too ripe is great. Sub lettuce can be done with this. It shreds it beautifully. I’ve partially froze smoked sausage and you can use it in place of pepperoni. I have made buffalo chicken subs. The possibilities are endless. I start the first few slides with just my hands. Half way through I use the shield. It makes it happen in less than 60 seconds. For smaller veggies i pinch the food before putting it through the slider just like the instructions say This washes great too. If you do decide to use meat, do all your veggies first. Then meat. Just to be sure no raw meat was left behind even if you wash it. And once your veggies are sliced, place them on a paper towel. They are cut so thin, they seep a lot of water out which can make your subs soggy. Especially tomatoes. I got rid of my old slicer that was bulkier. This fits in the utensil drawer easier which has me reaching for it more. I bought another one. Get it!!

Absolute best mandolin I have ever used. The hand protector is very easy to use and really gives you confidence. I want to order more, but for some reason they are unavailable.

Works well with its easy to adjust thickness dial super sharp blade and compact size. Just make sure you use the plastic holder for the food your slicing or a special resistant glove. I love how easy it is to clean and how easy it is to store away in my kitchen.

I bought this the other day and had it shipped to an Amazon dropbox for pick up because I’m a commercial truck driver and usually Spend weeks on the road and don’t know where I will be in three or four days. I was looking for a small mandolin slicer, something not real big, that I could use on the truck and storage wouldn’t be an issue. I’m glad I chose this one. So far I’ve used it to slice eggplant on the thick setting #3 and dropped it in the air fryer. I like the thin setting, #1 for apples and cucumbers. The gripper tool that’s included works great for smaller items to prevent cutting yourself and I like the way it snaps on for easy storage. That’s important to me.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Razor Sharp, adjustable, easy to clean and store away. I’ve used this successfully for all sorts of vegetables & fruits, even fine slicing garlic cloves (with the aid if a cocktail stick!) The blade guard is great, secure and easily clicks into place when putting away. I have electric slicers and choppers but this is my go to tool for quickly slicing, say an onion. Slice, wash, put away in 2 mins flat.

I really like this slicer. The grip piece makes it feel safe and steady when holding food, and it attaches neatly to the main part for storage. It doesn’t cover the whole blade, but it does help cover most of it, which adds a nice extra bit of safety. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and very good value for the price. After slicing my thumb on the conventional mandolin, this is a life saver. So happy to have found this, the handle grips to potatoes well, and thickness is adjustable/ lockable. Very clever brilliant design and product quality.
