What is the different between this one and "liposomal glutathione" ? even pure brand has both of them. one works better?

The glutathione used for both Reduced Glutathione and Liposomal Glutathione is Setria Glutathione sourced from soy. Reduced Glutathione is a dry form of glutathione, is vegan, and a lower price point. Liposomal Glutathione uses a unique liposomal delivery method to support optimal absorption of the glutathione. Glutathione is a fragile molecule. The proprietary blend in Liposomal Glutathione combines reduced glutathione and specialized liposomes enriched with purified phosphatidylcholine. Purified phosphatidylcholine delivery system offers natural liposomal formation due to the hydrophobic and hydrophilic nature of phospholipids. The liposomal form protects glutathione bonds from the degradation that can occur in digestion. The softgel is bovine sourced, therefore, it is not vegan.
