Works Great — Bought Again After Years of Use
I bought this adapter a few years ago for my Casio keyboard and it worked perfectly until I misplaced it during a recent home renovation. I was happy to find the same model again—it delivers consistent power, doesn’t overheat, and the 6ft cable length makes it super convenient during practice. It’s compatible with multiple Casio models and is a solid, affordable solution compared to brand-name replacements.

Compatible with CTK-431, as stated
Works with no issues. 5 stars, but I didn't receive the double-sided Velcro cable tie, which would be handy to have to keep the currently excess cord length bundled. Usually one end of the Velcro tie is fastened around the cord, so it doesn't get lost. Also, Velcro ties last longer than wire ties, for me at least.As others mentioned, the blue LED is a bit bright. I plugged the adapter into a power strip, which is plugged into a wall outlet, and use the power strip's switch instead of the piano's power switch. Another reason I used the power strip switch is that my piano's power switch is a bit loose now.The AC power prongs/plugs on the adaptor are oriented so that the adaptor doesn't cover other outlets/ports, particularly on power strips.

Fell apart
After plugging it in a few times, the box and codes came completely disconnected from each other. The cord itself worked well until it fell apart.
