Works well
I had a surface before this one. I only replaced it because it was stuck in an endless update loop (other surface owners know how fun that is) so I had to replace it. This one has a different charging port which I am thankful for since the magnetic one was a pain. Runs well, was in good shape, was easy to set up and use, I love the touch screen, considering it was refurbished it looked brand new. The battery life is about what you expect on a tablet so there’s nothing to complain about. Overall, I love it.

Like a brand New Sruface.
Came as described, actually looked better than I expected for renewed. Came with working power cord. Was very well packaged and delivered on time. Definitely worth the price.

Powerful yet small
Works excellently for my college classes, lightweight, powerful, only downside is the horrible battery life and passive cooling.

Very satisfied
Don't usually buy used electronics especially something like a computer. I wanted something halfway decent and didn't want to spend a lot of money on this. The other new computers for the same price I was not very impressed with. So I figured I would get something used that was nice. This was used rated as excellent condition. Glad I made the purchase.

Not exactly pleased…
The media could not be loaded. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my electronic purchases. However, I was taking a chance on this for a work trip because I didn’t want to lug my big laptop around.#1 the charger was not cleaned at all and it definitely grossed me out.#2 the charger only works in certain positions, this is not at all “like new” or “excellent condition”#3 the screen has damaged pixels which are decidedly not “excellent” condition or even “like new”The device itself was cleaned. But I would’ve rather paid for a new surface pro. I’m really disappointed and honestly going to be attempting to return. I took numerous videos of my unboxing and first time experience. If I could have uploaded more than 1 video I definitely would have.I’m sure everyone will not have the same experience as I. Just how about don’t lie about your product? Plenty of people would be happy with something like this but at a cheaper price. A damaged screen, unclean charger, and hardware that has to be fixed in a certain position to charge is definitely not “like new”, “excellent”, or even “refurbished”. Cool you wiped the device and threw it in a box. I’m not impressed.

Fantastic performance
This thing is fast and super easy to upgrade to Win 11. You'll need your Google and Microsoft passwords to download your content from their cloud services. It's easy! You can expect constant updates within the first few days. Simply change the power settings to keep it from sleeping and shutdown so it can update all night while you sleep. Keep it plugged in during updating too. Enjoy!
