The left piece stopped working and won't reconnect. Can I return them?

I also brought a pair of dre beats for $199 + tax $229.00 And the left ear bud stop working no sound won't charge think it's a shame they don't replace a faulty equipment that stops working due to no fault of the customer.

I was outside when it was really windy (I live in SF) and the person I was talking to didn’t hear it. The mic is also clear. It’s basically AirPods with a different label as apple bought Beats. Hope this helps!!
