100-Yard Piping Hot Polyester Cording, 1/16-Inch, White

This was a fabulous find as it's not available in any of my local stores...at least not this quality! I love using a tiny piping in my quilts (because of Susan Cleveland), but also use this size for special piping features in clothing! It's the perfect size and with the 100-Yd. quantity, I can create so much piping for various projects, such as small catch all pouches for various items. Really amps up the detail a lot! Great price and the shipping was the best! Look for my other review for Susan's book titled "Piping Hot Binding". They go hand in hand!

I think this is excellent cording. But I misplaced it as soon as I got it. The spool is tiny. It will surface someday - probably when I buy another one. Really spendy for the amount you get.

This polyester cording works wonderfully and doesn't melt. The price turns out to be about 24 cents a yard, about three times cheaper than cording purchased at a fabric store. Works great. It is good to pre-steam (on hot) the cording you plan to use before using in your product as the cording does shrink a bit. A great buy! (I've included a picture of the placemat I made that used this cording in the white piping.)

Very fine for use in making piping - see also the Piping Hot Binding tool to line up the cording as you sew the piping.

I love this product. It is so much fun to use piping on my quilts. I purchased the Piping Hot Binding Kit also. If you like to add a little pizzaz to your quilts you'll love this too!

I have been working on a Chcken Appliqué quilt with a friend. This is the final item we will need to finish our quilts. Oh!! What fun!!

Easy to sew into pipping. great weight
