Perfect little tool
It's a small version of the 12" one, just as accurate but compact for tight spaces.

I’ve tried them all
I’ve tried them all, Swanson, Johnson, Pittsburgh, some Chinese brands and this one has the best layout (1/16 and 1/8th on one side with big letters and 1/32 and mm on the other). The edge is very ergonomic, its easy to adjust, the spring works properly and most importantly it’s perfectly straight

Meh. I'll keep it though.
You get what you pay for. This 6" crescent combination square is inexpensive. The stainless steel ruler is about 3/4" wide (17mm). The markings are etched and inked, both in metric and in independent 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32 scales. The numbers are clearly legible with my cheaters on.The screw that pinches the ruler to the level body is an M6. When it first arrived, the cap nut action was pretty rough. Taking it apart and working it with some WD40 seems to have helped. I think I have to work too hard to get the ruler to lock up even still. A bigger cap nut would have helped (but what's a 3d printer for, anyway?)The ruler slot is not perfectly machined, so the ruler slides a bit chunkily. It might smooth out with time. It'll do. If I wanted perfection from jump, I could have paid a hundred dollars for a Starrett, I guess.

Nice design
Sharp looking design and easy to read. The part that slides is made of aluminum so it's pretty lightweight.
