Q: Do these files have 2 metal prongs?

Yes, there are two metal prongs and a white plastic strip to secure filed pages.

Q: so could these hold poly pockets?

The folders are 23cm wide. The metal prongs and plastic strip that secure papers inside the folder are indented by about 2cm from the left hand edge. So if you put in a standard A4 plastic wallet/pocket, the right hand side of the plastic wallet sticks out of the folder by about 1-2 cm.

Q: The listing says 10 items but you can only order a minimum of 2. Does that mean if you order 2 you get 20 or 2? Its confusing
