I am so disappointed in this vacuum that I have no idea how anyone could ever give this a 5 star rating. After reviewing all the positive reviews, I really looked forward to getting my very first cordless vacuum. Now my only wish is I had paid more attention to the negative reviews instead. When I received it I put it all together and waited 3 hours for the battery to charge. Once full, I started on my stairs and the vacuum barely sucked anything, even on the highest settings. And if you continue using it on the highest setting the battery only lasts about 10 -15 minutes and then it needs to charge again for another 3 hours. Also the dustbin is far too small, I was consistently having to clean it out every few minute of use.From what I gather anything under $150 definitely isn't worth the buy!

This is my first stick vac. I have had 2 Shark Cordless vac's that ended up having the same issue, which is hair wrapped around the beater bar and it stops working properly. Shark knew this and continued selling even though they opted for the newer plastic beater assembly.This lil vacuum comes with less the desirable 'instruction's' for assembly and moreover, for cleaning.I won't even mention, oh, yes I will the 1pt font it's written in.I like it so far though. It is heavy to hold that handle and I cannot do my whole apt without a break.I'd look for a lighter handle assembly if you have arthristis.It is quiet.It does pick up kitty litter although some jets out during and after pulling back and forward.Kitchen floor pick up was adequate but not great.I like the effect the brush gives of raising the carper fibers as you vacuum.Battery is OK, not great, my Shark could go for 40 minutes or so, this is about 25 to 30.I just had to watch a video on their website after searching questions here on how to get to the metal filter inside. You have pull it on the blue thing! And, I mean pull it out to get to the hair wrapped filter.Just bought May 1, will update is breaks or I find anything else exciting...Oh, the exciting bit is the way the head swivels and the hand held options.

I was so excited to get this vacuum in to help keep the retail store I work for clean. This vacuum is compact and folds down to fit in the tiniest cabinet. The attachments are incredibly easy to assemble and disassemble. It is hard to find a small vacuum that can pick up glitter but this one has no issues. There are 2 "suction speeds" and this product is very quiet. Another retail store in our building saw us using this one and immediately purchased one for her store. Honestly, I'd really like another one for my home. Easly to use, easy to empty, light weight, easy storage. I have not found any faults with this product. Get one!

So far so good. I have a 4bdrm home with a cat and three children so far so good. Easy to clean and carry around. On a full charge I can vacuum the entire house both hardwood and carpet. (Depending on mess and pets) you may have to empty several times or between rooms but that is also quick and easy. Suction is pretty good on turbo

This is a great and affordable alternative compared to all of the mainstream cordless vacuums. It works well on BOTH carpet and hardwood floors. It picks up all specs and even has a light to help you navigate and see what you are picking up from the floor. Another plus is that it is not loud like traditional vacuums, so, its great to use at all times of the day and night. On top of that, the battery life also last much longer than the dyson (that’s what sold me)The item was also delivered at a reasonable time - it even arrived before the date it said it was!!

Suction on this vacuums is AWFUL! I can run right over a clump of hair and it won’t pick it up. I vacuumed my room with the vacuum & it picked up some stuff, but I vacuumed over it again with my high tech very nice vacuum & it picked up almost TWICE as much as the first time with this vacuum. I wish I would t have wasted my time contacting the company and trying to get a new filter to get this to work more. Such a waste of money! Don’t buy this!

Bought this vacuum on a whim, but turned out to be a great purchase! This works on my tile floors as well as my carpeted floors upstairs. A house full of girls so there’s hair everywhere and this vacuum is amazing for that!! The hair it sucks up never gets caught in the bristles like my other vacuums!!! AND the top part detaches so you can use it on hard to reach surfaces. I get excited to use this so I’ve been cleaning way more since i’ve gotten this. Bought 2 more for my mom and sister, so would definitely recommend

I bought this vacuum in Dec. 2020 and after 4 months, it stops working after 4 min. It is always fully charged and once I start using it, it will turn off after about 4 min. I was past the Amazon return window so they couldn't do anything and said I should reach out to the manufacturer. The manufacturer requested I send a video of the fully charged vacuum until it dies and send it over to them.This is a huge hassle for me and a waste of my 100 something dollars. There are many other vacuums out there or the same price and work a lot better. I would avoid this vacuum at all costs!
