Difficult to get set up initially. Video seems good.
These are my third set of dash cameras. I have bought these to replace two Garmin 55 dashcams that have failed after six months. These are only 1080p whereas my Garmin was 1440 so the images might not be as good but these Blackvue offer 60 frames per second so should be a smoother playback.First impressions are that these are fairly large when compared to the tiny Garmin. They’re a large cylinder the size of a toilet roll core. They run directly off of 12v so no USB adaptor necessary. I will probably buy a connector and make up a short lead to power off of the car directly on a feed in the headlining. The camera has wifi built in and has the SSID and password labelled on the unit and on the box. I has an issue right away because my displayed SSID was not the same as the sticker therefore I could not log on to the unit. You can however change the SSID by setting it with the PC app onto the SD card and then inserting it into the unit. A work around but far from ideal. It seems to take while for the SSID to appear in your phone and when it does it can say incorrect password a few times (despite the password already being entered and confirmed correct by previously connecting) before it connects, again not ideal.I’ve finally got it set up now and ready to get in the car, will update my review when I’ve got some footage to have a look at. The Sony Starvis sensor is really good in my CCTV cameras at home, will be interesting to see how it performs in this dashcam without the IR illuminators my CCTV has.

major dissapointment
camera itself works well and i like the automatic parking mode feature where it goes to parking mode after roughly 5 mins being stationery. picture quality is ok . the major let down of this camera is the app and cloud features. both take an absolute age to view a 1 min video clip. it is painfully slow! i tried viewing clips and it must have took over 4 mins to even start playing the clip then started buffering after about 10sec of playing! i'm in 2 minds whether to return this as for the price of camera it doesn't really perform to what it should

Superb quality of picture
My second camera, and video quality is superb, but sd card has a problem from the start, and considering the price, this should not be the case. As I bought from Amazon, Blackvue said they cannot help, but Amazon were very good, and gave me a possible solution. If that does not work will have to get Amazon to replace card. Very disappointing considering that Blackvue say you must use their cards. Thanks to Amazon, problem sorted. Great help line.

Didn't last long - Disappointed.
Having previously purchased a 600, I opted for the 750 for my new car and transferred the 600 to my wife's. Now 18 months down the line, the 750 has stopped working and and is out of warranty. Not sure how long thses things last, but for £300 I expected more. Now opted for a different make at half the price. Cant justify £300 every 18 months. Much better cameras out there now.

Fantastic footage
We bought the CPL filter extra to elimate any glare. OMG the footage is crystal clear. We have already had to use footage as evidence and police officer was amazed that it was from a dash cam and not CCTV. Very easy to install. The only small issue we did have was connecting to the wifi on initial set up but after looking on google was easily solved
