Not what I expected - bad for athletic builds, lengthy and painful return process
I was very unimpressed by both the product and the customer service. I purchased this chair after doing a great deal of research, and despite the chair being made of high quality material, it was extremely uncomfortable for even the shortest sitting sessions. The chair's upper back is shaped so as to force your shoulders to roll forwards, which rolls the spine and caused substantial lower back pain. I'm not sure why this is the case, and can only guess it's made to support individuals with shoulders that are always rolled forwards. For context, I'm ~6 feet tall and ~170 lbs, athletic build. I tend to sit straight and drift into slouching for longer sessions, so I was hoping this chair would give my natural posture the support it needed to last longer. It didn't! The shoulder roll made everything worse, and it was virtually impossible for me to sit properly in this chair, regardless of customization or pillow orientation. So, I went through the nowhere-near trivial process of returning the chair - it's a huge pain to disassemble and the packing isn't easy. Since sending it out, it's now been two and a half weeks - about twice the length of time it took for the chair to reach me - and I still haven't gotten a refund. The customer service rep went AWOL on me after the chair was returned. I'll be sending an A-Z claim in soon if things aren't sorted out.Quality product, but I cannot recommend this purchase, and I couldn't justify it's price-point. A $50 chair with a backrest would serve you better in everything but aesthetics.

Slow to arrive but worth the wait
The chair comes from Scotland. Due to changes caused by the pandemic ship-to-home delivery time is about one week. The wait is worth it. The build of the chair is very good and I surprised by the comfort of the seat. I sit in the chair all day due to working from home. At the end of the day I am not exhausted and the chair is holding up well. One of the attractive features to me was the lumbar pad and pillow at the top. After adjusting to meet my body style and size these made all the difference in the world to help with posture and avoid slouching in the chair. Easy to assemble (watch for the screws that are pre-installed. We looked in the box two or three times for bolts that are in the chair) and the packaging is very well done.

Super Easy to Assemble
Took not even a full half hour to assemble this chair. Instructions were super simple. So far I am completely in love with this chair. Very comfortable and makes it easy to do long gaming sessions and not feel like I need to get up and move around. The Lumbar support and neck pillow are awesome as well. All around amazing product and will continue to support this company when the time comes for another computer chair.

A Solid, Comfortable, and Worthwhile Investment.
While it's a little bit pricey, sometimes you get what you pay for. This thing is a beast. It's super solid and extremely well made. I personally don't like the lumbar support pillow on my back but the head rest pillow is great. The materials are super thick and high quality. I don't think this one will be falling apart anytime soon. Even the arm rest padding which usually falls apart on my previous chairs feels impossible to break. Everything is adjustable, including the arm rest height.Assembly is also very easy with minimal screws to deal with. Fair warning though, the box is enormous and barely fit through my door. Also, don't let non-prime shipping fool you, it came EXTREMELY fast from overseas via FedEx International.I'm super pleased with it.

Quality Control?
This is a great chair, well designed and very comfortable. The quality of the parts, however, was not as good as I expected. It arrived in two separate packages which unfortunately arrived two days apart (meaning 3 days at home waiting). The parts were well packaged however the first thing I unpacked was the five star base which had a huge silver scratch on the blank metal (not much point in packing it well if it's already damaged). It's not very visible due to having the chair in a corner behind a desk so I went ahead with assembly.Although the method and instructions were very straightforward, some of the holes do not line up and it is hard to get the screws in. Also be prepared to try to hold in place a washer, bracket, another washer, and screw whilst using the rest of your body to hold it in place while you insert the screw, easiest to brace it against a wall or similar. It is very heavy, I am an average strength woman and just managed to lift the chair onto the base on my own.Once completed I found the chair to be very comfy. I am 5'8" and my feet are flat on the floor on the lowest setting. I am a size 14 and there is room to spare on either side of my hips on the seat.Apart from the height, you can adjust the back of the seat so that it reclines, lock or unlock the tilt so that the chair rocks, and also the arm rests can be moved up and down, forward and backwards, side to side, and turned in or out slightly. You also get two cushions, one as a lumbar support and one for the neck/back of head. I didn't think I would use these but have found them to be really useful, particularly as the depth of the seat is quite large. Like the chair they are firm but very comfortable. The material is not breathable which doesn't bother me but some people might not like, I imagine if you were sitting on it with your skin touching the chair for a long time you might 'stick' when you tried to get up.When deciding what chair to buy I was torn between this, the Klim gaming chair and Anda Seat Dark Demon. The jury is still out as to whether I made the right choice!

Great chair
Received a few days after I ordered and it came in one box which was really heavy. It was easy to assemble (15 minutes)and screws are already pre screwed into the chair. The chair itself is well made and very comfortable. Your backside moulds into the seat which makes the seat very spongee. The seat on the chair is on the large side so larger people won’t have a problem with the arm rests digging into their sides, giving your backside plenty of room. Arm rests are good quality and don’t shake about like they do on the cheaper chairs. The base of the chair really heavy but I think that’s because it’s built to last a long time and the wheels aren’t plastic crap you see on the cheaper chairs. These are made to last. People say they can’t touch the floor on the lowest height setting but I’m 5”9 and my feet are firmly on the ground. The chair can raise about 6cm which makes my feet on my tiptoes but the lowest setting is fine for me. And lastly, the head and back cushions aren’t hard when leaning against them. My son has a cheaper chair and it was more comfortable to take the cushions away than use themOverall: Good quality chair that’s built to last. Their is cheaper out there but buy cheap, buy again. You won’t be disappointed with this chair which you can have plenty of hours of gaming sessions or doing work on the business side of things

First class chair and service!
So first things first, the delivery.. I enquired via email and spoke to a guy called David, he advised me when to order the chair and it came next day!! Amazing! The chair itself:Super easy to put togetherBuilt to lastQuality is absolutely exceptional! (Look at the pictures)Comfort is insane! Because there are so many settings on the chair itself, you can set it how you want, and when I'm watching a movie with it waaaaay back like a maybach? I'm not gonna lie I fell asleep in it hahahaha! When you're putting it together you will notice its weightThis thing is heavy! 33 Kg but it's because all the parts are built to last, even the wheels are heavy duty!!Also I'm 6ft 3 and weigh about 16 stone, if you're a wider load than me, I would look at the XL chairs section, which are built for the bigger gamer.OverallLooks greatSuper comfortableVery high quality leather and stitchingIf you're looking for a high quality chair??Look no further.

Good chair but be careful on the assembly
Comfort: Overall and excellent chair for the price, with a comfortable lower back support and head cushion you can remove easily.Assembly: I found the assembly to be a bit difficult, and moreover, almost ruined two screws because they incorrectly fitted the pre-made holes. There are no spare parts.Fit: I'm of a medium size but of muscular build and the chair exactly fits my shoulders. If you're a big guy, this chair is NOT for you as you would feel squeezed in.Life expectancy: The mechanical parts are solid and should last if you're sitting as intended. The arm rests however are fully made of plastic and become wobbly after a few weeks, but still works perfectly fine.I woud recommend this chair for medium builds and normal, 8-10h a day, use.

A bit too tall...
Not as comfortable as it looks. I do get back aches from time to time. But the main problem is that the seat height is too high even at its lowest position. I am over 6ft 1inch and still my feet do not touch the ground when seated, so need a foot rest and had to further raise the laptop and monitor.
