Great project, meant to be used in pairs but seems very secure with just one.

LIFESAVER! I run a roofing business. I was an independent insurance adjuster for yrs before going starting it. I WILL NOT climb a roof without using this ladder lock. It's well made, sturdy and holds on tight, even if the home has a 2x4 fascia. Buy one, you wont regret it.

It is exactly what I wanted and ordered. I used one at a job I had before I retired and when I knew that I had some work to do on the roof, I thought it would be safer with this device. It works great.

Good product. Only flaw I have come across is the wing nut doesn't tighten down enough. Had to add another washer to ger it to work properly.

If you put up Christmas lights, clean gutters, or have to get your cat down from on top of your roof, you need to buy this product. This Ladder Lock securely leaves the ladder in the position you left it. and do not have to worry that the ladder slipped, slid off, blew with the wind or was accidently pushed by a passerby or child. T As always, leaning too far off the center of the ladder will cause instability and may present a hazard, so use ladder safety rules even when using this product.

Simple and effective. Worked great for getting up on the roof for repairs. Sturdy. Easy to use.

Well built and seem like its going to last. Great product to add for proper ladder safety

Decent design. My problem is the wing nut used to tighten it in place. I can't get it tight enough to securely hold my ladder, but when I try, I have to use pliers to loosen it. Also, not easy to get under most drip edge. Pretty much only use it on gutters.
