Treat your sore feet to comfort.
If your feet swell, your shoes won't fit and you need comfort and release from pain. These are the slippers for you. They are adjustable, giving your toes room to stretch. The adjustable strap allows for swelling yet stay on your feet when walking. They are soft, warm, and cozy. They look so good you forget you're wearing them when you leave the house. No worries the soles are durable to walk on concrete. Mom loved them so much she took mine.

Great help for people with lymphadema or diabetes
I bought these slippers for my mom to wear as shoes because she has lymphedema, so her legs and feet are very very large. Her legs and feet are also bandaged so she can't find shoes wide enough to fit her feet so she couldn't leave the house. I found these slippers with a hard sole and adjustable width that have been the answer to her prayers. The velcro closing and extra wide width allow them to fit over everything and are very soft and comfortable. I got them in black so they look more like nice dress shoes and she can wear them to the store, doctor, and even church and they look like shoes. Until I found these, she felt bad about her appearance and wouldn't leave the house. She'd tried so many different shoes and slippers that were for wide feet but not wide even for her specific problems. I did go up 2 sizes because the bandages make her feet longer than the normal size 7 she wears. They are holding up very well even with outdoor use and I'll be buying her a few more pairs so she never has to deal with those issues again. If you or someone you love need an exceptionally wide, quality slipper or shoe with an adjustable closing on top, these are perfect!

Fits and comfortable enough.
The heel is extremely sloped and awkward. These are going to want to fold down if you try to slip them on and off often. I had a dvt and have long thrombosis and my swelling can get very bad. These adjust to fit just fine for my moderate swelling. The toe on these ones doesn't narrow down much so my bunion and hammer toe have room for that joint to not have pressure from the side. The cushion leaves as is typical a lot to be desired. It's thin. Might as well not be memory foam at all for the cushion it gives, sad and frustrating. I miss decent padding in slippers. These don't deliver any comfort experience other than hey... they fit without making the pain WORSE anyway. More cushion would have left them feeling better. The sole seems non slip itself and holds on my tile and wood floors just fine HOWEVER the inside fabric is the same as outer... and my dry foot slides around like air hockey pucks in them. Non fashion or nylon socks will be needed for these. If you wear compression stockings be cautious and consider putting on socks that aren't super smooth and slick themselves to improve traction on the inside. I'm gonna need extra cushions for these. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase, though next time I'm looking for slippers I'll be looking for REAL cushion not the thinnest cheapest a company can get away with and still claim it has it.

Great comfortable fit
If you have larger feet and/or experience swelling in them, these slippers are a necessary purchase. I know they are designed with diabetics in mind, but you do not have to be a diabetic to enjoy the comfort they provide. There are two big selling factors for these slippers. First, the bottoms are hard so they can be worn inside or outside without damaging them. Second, the top of the slipper is held together by Velcro and can be tightened or loosened as necessary. This makes these slippers a great purchase for individuals whose feet may vary in size due to swelling or edema on a regular basis. I have actually bought more than one pair of these slippers so that when one pair is being washed, I always have another to wear. When I am not going out in public, these slippers have become a part of my everyday life. I washed them in the washing machine and dried them in the clothes dryer without any damage. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

EXTREMELY OVERSIZED, but good post-Hallux Rigidus (large toe joint) surgery
These may be the perfect temporary indoor shoe after hallux rigidus surgery to avoid buying a more expensive pair of shoes that will only be worn for a few months and only fit the foot that had surgery. However, if you don't have a lot of overall foot/ankle edema, note these run both very long and wide and stretch more with even one day of use. I wear a 9.5 in every shoe in the world. Amazon recommended I order size 9, and they were an inch too long (see photo) causing me to almost trip going up one shallow step. I reordered an 8, which fits. They also run wide and can be adjusted to just about any width, which works great for the post-op toe and the other foot as well. As long as you order at least one full size down, these are a good indoor answer for that 2-4 months after surgery as the toe joint gradually gets rid of residual edema. Would also work for going to the pool during that time period if you're a swimmer.

Clever, practical, well-pricedโbut doesnโt hold up
Iโm updating my earlier review and removing two stars. These slippers are relatively inexpensive because theyโre cheaply made. After about four months of daily wear (not all day) they stretched out and I could not make them tighter because the hook-and-loop closure only goes so far. If you have a wide foot they may fit longer, but for medium or narrow feet these will be useless after awhile. Adding a shoe insert didnโt help because the slippers are too flimsy. And the fuzzy lining makes inserts slip around, which could lead to falls. ______________ While recovering from an injury my foot would swell up, making it impossible to wear non-tie shoes, or regular slippers. This is a great solution. The hook and loop closure allows infinite adjustments, so my slipper feels secure and comfortable whether my foot or swollen or not, and the open-toe design offers ventilation not often found in synthetic fabrics. I took off one star for thin soles with no arch support, but the range of adjustments offered by the clever design allows me to add my own orthotic inserts and still get a perfect fit, and that's not common with inexpensive slippers. One potential issue: the thin sole means the fabric at the bottom touches the floor, so these are indoor-only, but they are easy to clean--just machine wash and air dry. When it's time to replace them, I'll look for a design like this even after I recover from the injury.

Love these open toed slippers.
Very comfortable. I have very warm toes and these work great because they can be exposed and the rest of my foot stays warm. Since I need to wear something on my feet these work great all 4 seasons. Love the style since they adjust to my feet. I bought the pink pair and the material is nice plus well made.

Update: Slippers too Wide Now
Updated Review Oct 2024: Iโve bought a total of six of these slippers, starting in March 2021. I tried and returned many other brands, mostly diabetic/adjustable styles. These were always the best ones. They would start falling apart after a year or less and Iโd get a new pair. Starting in late 2023, they started sending me slippers that were too wide. I returned them and ordered a replacement pair, which fit and worked for the next almost-year. Those are falling apart now, so I ordered a new pair, and guess what? They are too wide again. So, should I order a replacement and hope they are slimmer or just give up on this brand, since itโs evident theyโve changed their sizing or have poor quality control? Iโm probably going to give up and attempt to find something else. I do have slender feet and heels, so itโs not unusual for me to have a problem with shoe width. Maybe the company got complaints about the slippers being too narrow. I donโt want to punish them for improving their product to meet the needs of most people, but Iโm sad they donโt work for me anymore. 2022 - I love these slippers. This is my second pair and Iโve had them for two years. I was coming here to buy a new pair because my current (pink) ones are starting to look dingy, but I think Iโll throw them in the wash and see how that turns out. So maybe Iโll keep these longer. Theyโre still in good shape. These are great slippers for someone who has feet that swell up or give you problems. Itโs really nice to be able to adjust the width for comfort. And I like that these have a heel on them, so you arenโt using your toes to hold your feet inside the slipper. Overall, I highly recommend these. They donโt look bad either!

Best slippers!
Best slippers Iโve ever had! Fully wash/dry. Velcro closure adjusts, but is super secure. Comfortable. True to size. Accommodates swollen feet and normal as well.

Good buy
Just a little bigger than expected but the velcro snap holds my mother's foot in place.

Mostly good!
I am between a Medium and a Wide width, and a 9.5 shoe. I also have swollen toes from inflammatory arthritis, and a high instep. I ordered the size 10, and they barely fit me on the velcro across the top; but they DO fit. If you are like me, I would recommend ordering 1.5 sizes up. I wish I would have got the 11. But if you aren't as complicated as me, I'd say these are pretty true to size. The sole is firm foam but has some give. I recommend these so far. I will report back if my mind changes. Edit: I just tried them again with my RA swelling and they are unusable. Returning.

Had to return them.
Nice looking, cozy feel, but too wide, not enough arch support.
