Great product and good price 1.99
Love this stuff on nearly everything. Great garlic taste with Chile heat but not to hot. Great price on Amazon. Nearly half what stores charge otherwise I would not be buying it as it's a luxury hard to afford these days at grocery store prices. Highly recommend

Great taste and a Great Price
Very tasty. I can't believe the price. I hope someone doesn't put this on TikTok and they raise the price. Its really good and its not too spicy.

Best chili garlic paste
I love this stuff. It's got a good taste and it fits what im trying to do with it. I personally don't consider it too spicy or hot but you must try it and see if it works for you. And if you don't like it lucky its very reasonably priced and don't use it anymore. But if you are buying chili paste you already want spicy with just a hint of garlic it very tasty. I recommend it but try fir yourself.

More Versatile than Expected
I use this way more than I thought I would. Sometimes I use a lot (for spiciness) and sometimes just a touch and it always deepens the flavor profile and aroma. Great quality and more versatile than I expected!

Best thing since sliced bread
Seriously, I put this stuff on everything. It adds so much flavor to dishes and its just enough spice where you know its there but not overpowering. I've ordered this 3 times already and will continue. Never change the recipe or the price 😋

Great sauce!
Great product! I use this for cooking as well as a table sauce. I've already reordered as I've almost finished off an entire bottle. It's great in scrambled eggs, red beans, lentils, chicken & rice, you name it! I use it and sriracha pretty much interchangeable, depending on my preferences. They do have it in a smaller size if you just want to try it, but this size is a great value.

This Chili Garlic Sauce Accidentally Became a Permanent Resident in My Refrigerator
There are condiments… and then there are lifestyle changes. This bottle of Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce started as a simple experiment. I thought I was buying a spicy little sidekick. Something I’d occasionally squeeze onto noodles or stir into a sauce. Wrong. This thing staged a hostile takeover of my kitchen. Imagine if regular hot sauce went to culinary school, spent a semester backpacking through Southeast Asia, came back with confidence, and decided it was done being subtle. That’s this bottle. The first thing you notice is the texture. This isn’t one of those watery hot sauces that disappear into food like they’re afraid of commitment. You can actually see the garlic and chili pieces. It looks serious. Like it’s arriving with intent. Then comes the flavor. You get heat, yes. But not the kind of heat that exists solely to punish you for your life choices. There’s actual personality here. Garlicky, savory, slightly tangy, with enough chili punch to wake everything up without immediately setting your face on fire. I’ve used this on: Eggs. Fried rice. Pho. Ramen. Pizza. Burgers. Chicken wings. Dumplings. Leftover takeout. Random things standing in front of the refrigerator at 11:30 PM while making questionable decisions. I even mixed some into a mayo based dipping sauce and suddenly felt like I should be charging people restaurant prices. The garlic deserves special recognition because it doesn’t whisper. It walks into the room, kicks the door open, and announces itself confidently. Garlic lovers are going to understand immediately. And here’s the dangerous part: You start with a tiny spoonful. Then another. Then suddenly you’re looking at foods thinking: Could this use chili garlic sauce? The answer becomes yes far more often than expected. What I appreciate most is balance. Plenty of spicy products confuse heat with flavor. This actually delivers both. The heat supports the food instead of hijacking it. The 18 oz bottle also lasts longer than you’d think… unless your household discovers it. Then the level mysteriously drops every few days and nobody admits responsibility. At this point I don’t really consider it a condiment anymore. It’s kitchen equipment. Buy a bottle… and maybe a backup bottle because once this enters your rotation, things change.
