Good buy
Well worth the money given how expensive this type of equipment can be. Given me a new range of exercises to get to grips with.

Well Made
The Core Balance Trainer appears to be well made and robust enough for its intended purpose. The platform provides a sturdy surface on which to step, however, there is a 100mm hole in the middle of the platform, which is uncomfortable when balancing on one foot. Ideally there would be no hole (there is no reason why the valve couldn’t be on the round side of the bladder) or it would be significantly smaller, e.g. 40mm. Then I would award the product 5 out of 5.

Good price
Just like a bosu ball but a fraction of the price. Perfect for use at home.

This wasn't a great item, but it burst today so now it is useless.
I got this thing on the advice of a physio to rehab a knee injury. This wasn't cheap at £50 but it was cheaper than the name brand ones and seemed to have decent reviews. I was surprised when it came and the pump was an archaic thing which nips your fingers and there is no valve so you just have to squeeze air inside the hollow half dome and then put a wee plastic pin in to stopper it up as quickly as you can - so it's nearly impossible to inflate properly. The pin you put in is quite long so if the half ball did burst the pin could go right through your foot. Anyway, that didn't happen, it just burst today while I was in the same room as it but not using it! I can't return it because I'm too late but I've only had it about 6 weeks. The upside of all this is it wasn't very good so now I can put it in the bin and get the space back. Just to be clear, I'm heavier than I'd like to be but I'm less than 9 and a half stone and this thing shouldn't have burst.

Balance is key especially when aging.
I disliked that it didn't come with a book or DVD that explains how to use it.I like that I was able to work out how to put it all together easily and that there was a hand pump to inflate it.I stand on it daily to help increase my core balance. I am not using it to its full capacity at the moment but working toward that goal. It sits there by the window as I wobble about on it and look out of the window at the flock of wild birds that have been living in my garden since COVID.
