Not a direct fit for lifted trucks.
First. If you own a lifted F150, this is not a direct fit. I have a 2011 with a 6” Fabtec lift and this install required lots of cutting and grinding, both the bumper and the frame.Second, this is a three piece bumper not a one -wide like the picture shows. The end result was really nice bumper with lots of modifications. I even called DV8 and all I got wasThe install instructions for a stock Ford F-150.

.
Bumper looks great seems like decent quality especially for the price but it wasn’t a direct fit had to do some cutting and notching to get it to sit right and just came with a bunch of bolts and no instructions but overall happy I bought itquality 5 out of 5 but give it 4 star just because of the no instructions and had to “make” it fit by doing some cutting on the truck

Great Bumper That Is NOT Pure Bolt On
Bought and installed Jan 2020. I'll start with install then move to review. This bumper is not a straight forward bolt on project and no instructions are available (I called DV8 directly). For reference, I'm a 22 year Air Force mechanic / Flight Engineer / A&P / shadetree mech. Cutting of the front frame rails forward of the mounting plates was definitely required for my 2014 F-150. I cut approximately .5" off the ends of the rails, all four sides(refer to cuts photo I uploaded). I still needed to cut another notch on the bottom front of the rail so the bumper would rotate up and mate to the mounts. Welds on the mounting points still slightly interfere but not bad enough to worry with. You will also need to cut notches on the mounting plates, inboard side, lower corners. This gets the bumper skid plate to clear this area. Speaking of skid plate, it does attach to the lower truss on the IFS. I don't believe you could use this bumper on a lifted truck. There was a factory skid on the truss I had to remove. I salvaged two of the bolts and nutplates; you will need to reuse the nutplates on the bottom of the truss, outboard holes. This is where the lower end of the skid plate mounts. My bumper was the new three piece design and came with two small half-moon shaped pieces. These pieces are what actually holds the lower end up to the frame. The reused bolt goes through these pieces and pinches the skid up against the truss. I guess it's done this way for movement / expansion / flex. Once you have this figured out, it bolts on pretty straight forward. The outer wings use two large bolts/nuts and two smaller bolts/nuts. The package also came with a new plate to mount the hood release. FYI, all of the hardware was present and good, 8.8 hard stuff. For the review, I really like it! It is extremely solid. I feel that it could definitely take on wildlife and survive; slow fender benders perhaps. It is engineered and built well; some bolts on the wings are aggravating though. The finish is a nice rough crinkle, not smooth paint. All previous reviews I read did not mention that there are light mounting points on the wings, behind the circular cutouts (see photos). As I said above, I don't think this can mount to a lifted truck because of the added truss to lift the IFS, no other reviews mentioned the skid connects to the truck. The light bar is probably a Chinese special but it is very bright; light control is not a good as a Rigid, RC, etc. The mounts for the bar are adjustable so they would fit a bunch of different brand 40" radius bars. I added pictures that I wish others had added, to see the actual fit. Overall, the bumper is 5 star when finished and a 3.5 on the install/lack of instruction. NOT BOLT ON!The seller I used was Johnny on the Spot! Arrived free in 4 days, sat with UPS over Sunday, very fast.

If it's lifted and Ecoboost there's a lot to modify
So I'm disappointed with this bumper for the fact that the pictures of it online and their website show the whole bumper as one piece. It's actually 3 pieces. I don't like having line separation on the bumper. And it caves in on the sides where I wanted it to stick out more. I do have the Ecoboost and it's also 6in lifted so there was a lot I had to modify for it to work but this is the only bumper I could find that I really liked.

Takes grinding and two people to install bumper
Looks amazing, I would recommend getting it professionally installed. It took two of us about 8 hours to get it installed and you have to use a grinder to get it on perfect.
