2 Pack - Cute USB Mini 2-Port POWER ONLY Splitter (Grey Metallic)

This item works fine and does just what it advertises - it is for POWER (charging) only,NOT data. The reviewers who complain it does not work for data have not read the product description. A tidy little product that does what it is supposed to do.

I have a built-in wall-charger - with two outputs. I don't every have more than 2 devices plugged in, but over the years I have had several cables accumulated (micro, mini, lightening, usb-c, 30pin, ...) so I figured I will have at least 4 cords connected together, and this seemed like a good way to have 4 cables attached, and as long as I make sure I am only connecting one device in each wall output, I should be okay since this just duplicates the power right? Well not quite. When I connect any tablet in the output through this thing, there is not enough power. If I connect straight to the wall, no problem. I guess there must be some kind of internal resistance (or not good enough wiring to handle 2 Amps). Works fine for phones and watches though.

Works as expected: a simple little and compact device that allows breaking out one USB connector to two power two devices. Note that this is for power only, no data!

It started making a weird electrical smell and shorted out the car. I'm glad it didn't start a fire!

I sometimes have a lot of low-draw devices to recharge, and I've been looking for something like this - compact and effective - for some time. My only complaint about them is that at ~$5/ea (I paid $9.99 for two), they're a little overpriced for what they are, hence the 4-star rating. What would be nice - and would justify the price - would be if the plug portion rotated, making it easier to use with various chargers in various situations. Or perhaps having the two in the pack being "mirror images" so that the two could both be used in a pair of "stacked" ports on a charger.

These are perfect for what I used it for, so this will be brief. I have one USB out on the back of a TV, with two LED strips that required power from the one USB. So I plugged this in to the one USB on the TV, and the two strips into the splitter. Easy enough :) Both strips powered fine, no issues.

Does exactly what I needed - splits a power out on an existing USB port so I can plug two things in at one time. I use this on my bedside clock/alarm and run one cable to my iPhone, the other to my Apple Watch. Be sure you understand this is for power ONLY though.

bought this with an extension cable to have my Gear VR plugged in and a USB fan running at the same time. Gear VR does not recognize the power is plugged in when I use this splitter, even without the fan (fan works fine through the splitter). Still trying to debug if it's the splitter or one of the cables, or the AC adapter.
