I ordered a pack of six, though I've only made it once, but it was delicious. I added several other spices to jazz it up a bit and a bit more hot pepper for rendang beef. It was a big hit with my family. I am eager to try it again with chicken. I discovered this via YouTube, a sweet Asian lady, Flo Lam, said her mom used to make Rendang paste from scratch until she discovered this paste. Now, she uses this exclusively. That is an amazing endorsement. Making it totally from scratch is an all day process, which few have time to do. This paste gives home cooks access to these wonderful flavors that they would have a hard time creating on their own. I will soon try the recipe on the package for rendang chicken.

Best Rendang Paste Out There
