I definitely felt like I was heard and their response time was incredible. Now that I have the full hypnowand experience I can say it is very cool and very fun. Definitely worth the price. Especially considering it’s competitors pricing. Thanks Pam! Happy flowing! I ordered this wand on Sunday (four days ago) and paid for two day shipping. I got it today, on Thursday with no manual, no usb, and my remote had no paper to detach to get started, along with only ONE washer as opposed to three. Not the shipping speed may not be on them as we are in a pandemic, but could I at least gotten a charger or the instruction manual with it? I’ve been so excited to finally play with this thing and I’m afraid I’ll break it because there no manual. Not to mention my finger loop has nothing to sinch it to my finger. So far I’ve bought a stick with a small bracelet attached to it. Will update score once I have a fully functional product

Unfortunately, the first time I ordered this wand it was not working properly. The second time I ordered, the light was working BUT the remote again was not connecting and I was not able to switch colors or even use it to turn the want on or off /sleepmode. I was excited to have it, but neither of the times had worked properly.

I am a Beginner and I got the emazing lights 30 some odd dollar wand and boy have I demolished that thing! But this wand is Heavy duty in comparison and SOOO BRIGHT! I didn't want to spend the pretty penny on those REALLY fancy wands (you know the ones) but I am so glad I chose this one for my next wand. I have had it for awhile now and let me tell you...I have hit the ceiling, walls, and a few innocent bystanders and not a ding. I have misplaced the remote however, because the lanyard that comes with it does not attach through the teeny hole on the remote, but the option to pause on the desired light cycle is convenient! I like the rechargeable functionality and the charge is long lasting! Definitely worth the wait while it re-charges, and amazing for how bright the wand is. My biggest qualm was with the finger loop! I hate it...way too constricting and made it difficult to perform contact tricks. That was an easy swap by buying a knob from ultra poi (or a swivel loop)...easy cheesy. All in all it was a solid purchase!

This is my first glow wand, I like it! I need to get clear grip tape for it for tricks. And the finger hole is very awkward so I may try and find something to replace it. Cause of coronavirus I haven’t gotten to use it at a festival, but I feel like it dies pretty quick which is sad

It was amazing while it worked. Great lights, color modes, and weight distribution. However, after storing it for a few months, I attempted to charge it and it couldn't hold a charge. It lasted about 4 months before dying :(

I replaced my wanting with this wand because it does not have the color break in the middle. It is much easier to control and use and I love my new toy!

I have a growing collection of LED leviwands, and this was a great addition! I like the variation of the modes, and I *really* love the 360 degree light coverage. The LEDs are very bright, even on lower brightness settings. It charged really quickly, and even though I got the extra washers for balancing I didn't need them. It was pretty perfect out of the box. The remote is the best part. It's fun to let someone else flip through the modes, and i love the autoplay mode, too. I think this would be a great first LED wand. The price is definitely right, and for me it's the best at its price point. I admit I can't say at this time how durable it actually is; I'm not rough with any of my LEDs but I don't exactly baby them either. So far it doesn't seem delicate, but I don't know how it measures up in toughness to say, a moodhoops or flowtoys wand. I did also add a layer of clear silicone grip tape, the contact ends from moodhoops, and a pom grip instead of the finger loop. But i was having plenty of fun with it before i added them! This will be a great wand for travel or festivals.

We had to use one of the weights on the bottom for it to work properly. Lots of fun. Love the remote it comes with to change the lights. Once it’s turned on by the wand, you can use the power button on the remote to turn the lights on and off.

I try to turn it on and it just flashes a green light at the bottom. ***EDITED*** User error, product is still working fine, although it seemed to be a glitch as the remote turned it back on even though it was nowhere nearby when it turned off. I would reinforce the string as it has broken on me a few times which has caused the most traumatic injuries to the wand, but it does still work.
