Its your standard multivitamin, includes lots of ingredients that are supposed to improve your health and keep you at peak physical and mental performance. The vitamins are easy to take/swallow and they don't cause an upset stomach at least for me anyways. They taste well enough and they smell very strongly of berries and fruit, which makes them much easier to take than some other vitamins. As others have said, the product label can use work and I wholeheartedly agree with that, it doesn't pop out at me compared to other products. 60 tablets in the bottle, a good months supply at 2 a day.
