O Olive Oak Aged Balsamic Vinegar, 10.1 Fl Oz

This balsamic vinegar has a delicious flavor. Just as described on the bottle. If you are looking for a great quality balsamic vinegar give this one a try you will not regret it. It’s a 10 out of 10

I am addicted to this balsamic. For me this is the best anywhere. I have tried two others from O company and they are also good but this is unbelievably good.

I really wanted to like O Oak Aged Balsamic Vinegar. It's made in California where it is subject to strict limits on lead contamination, and I like O Organic Olive Oil. I have used over half dozen different balsamic vinegars in the last 6 months. There are definitely differences between them, but this product was very sour and sharp. I tried boiling down to a reduction to see if that would help, but it was no use. I ended up pouring it down the drain. I hope this is just a one-off for them. If not, they really need to make some changes.

This is so good on salads, roasted veggies, bruschetta, etc. My mother who HATES vinegar absolutely loved this one. It's slightly sweet in flavor and a little goes a long way. Love it!

Since this product is labeled 'aged' I was hoping for a sweet, dark vinegar, like I am used to from Ariston Specialties. This oak aged bottle is nothing special. Not a dark sweet balsamic in my opinion. Doesn't seem much different from what my local chain grocery sells.

This balsamic is okay but nothing great. It is very thin and acidic. It is not terrible or anything but nothing special and not worth the money.

Not a fan of this balsamic. Very thin, and sweeter than i am used to from balsamic
