PROFOOT Orthotic Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis
I started wearing PROFOOT Orthotic Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis for 2 weeks and I already feel a difference. The cushion is a great support for my arch and heel. My heel pain is very minimal after the first couple of days. I wore them for a couple of hours the first couple of days to get used to them. And noticed the pain in my heels subsided. I used the size chart to match my shoe size which is a 10 in women's. The quality of these are very sturdy, and durable for the low affordable price. They don't slip while you are wearing your shoes/ sneakers. Overall, the quality of cushioning and fit is effective for the value.Pros -value for your moneyComfortableEffectiveness is minimizing heel painFit is perfect for size 10ConsYou can't adjust due to size of foot.

Significant Relief from Heel Pain – Highly Recommend!
I’ve been using the PROFOOT Orthotic Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis for the past month, and they’ve made a remarkable difference in alleviating my heel pain.Comfort and Support:These insoles feature gel heel shock absorption, which effectively cushions each step and reduces impact. The arch support is substantial yet comfortable, providing stability without causing discomfort. Effectiveness:Since incorporating these insoles into my daily routine, the persistent heel pain I previously experienced has significantly diminished. They address the root causes of plantar fasciitis by supporting the entire plantar fascia, leading to noticeable pain relief. Quality and Durability:Made with high-quality materials, these insoles have maintained their shape and functionality over weeks of use. They fit well in various types of footwear, including athletic shoes and boots. User Feedback:Many users have shared positive experiences, noting significant pain reduction and improved foot comfort. For instance, a satisfied customer mentioned that with the combination of these insoles and recommended exercises, their plantar fasciitis pain disappeared, and it’s been over five years without issues. Overall:I highly recommend the PROFOOT Orthotic Insoles for anyone dealing with plantar fasciitis or heel pain. They offer effective support, enhance comfort, and have proven to be durable over time. Incorporating these insoles into my shoes has been a game-changer for my foot health.

Work in closed shoes
I tried using these in sandals or other open shoes (maybe that was just foolish, but it's summer, and that's what I needed support in) and they didn't work, of course, they just 'backed out' of the sandals. OK. I thought maybe with the rubbery bottoms they might stick in place. But now I've used them in closed shoes a few times and as other reviewers have said, they do take some getting used to. They make my foot feel like it's resting on the arch, and definitely take the pressure of my heel spur, which is what I really need. I have been hobbling with plantar fasciitis for awhile now, and while the PF has calmed down, the heel spur is still a problem. There are good days and bad days, using Crocs as my summer 'shoes' exclusively. It depends on the kind of massage and other exercise I do to try to help my feet. But I can say that wearing these insoles, I don't really feel the heel spur and I can walk much faster and with more confidence than I could wearing Crocs. It's nice not to be hobbling along so slowly. I do find that I'm getting used to them and I am relieved to get home and take my shoes off after a few hours. But I hope that like others, I will eventually adjust to them to the point that I can walk for hours without pain, because I definitely need to be able to keep up with others on an upcoming sight-seeing holiday. Wearing these insoles in closed shoes - instead of the Crocs - also seems to be having a good effect on my knee problems, but that could be due to a variety of other factors (supplements, moving more because I can walk more easily with the insoles, etc.) Others may not have similar problems or a similar effect. In general, they are worth buying, but don't be surprised if you have to get used to them gradually, as they sort of raise your foot (I feel a bit like I'm wearing lifts inside my shoes) while at the same time taking the pressure off your heel and - at least it feels to me - stretching the plantar fascia a bit. Your foot needs to get used to being supported in a different way.

awesome arch support and relief for heel pain!
Wow, what a difference. I didn't believe that I had plantar fasciitis, but I knew I had high arches. I have been feeling pain in my heels for a while now and knew I needed to do something about it. I got these insoles and immediately put them in my shoes - it felt like my feet were finally truly supported. If you need arch support, these are great! Highly recommend. My only issue is because they are half the length of a shoe, they can easily slide around as you are putting your foot in if you aren't careful. However, that is a minor annoyance for how wonderful my feet feel once i get them situated correctly.

Arch support? Yes. Cushioning? No
Before you pay any attention to my review keep in mind I am a middle-aged, plus-sized female @ 270 lbs. Therefore, how this product works for me may not be the same as how it works for someone of a normal weight or athletic build, etc.I think these provide a little bit of arch support but that's about it. The ark support is a positive for me because I have really high arches - and being overweight with high arches can definitely cause aches in the feet due to improper support of the arches. However, these inserts provide virtually zero cushion on my heels, and are definitely less comfortable than other brands out there. I still feel like my heels are walking on a rock.

Excellent product
These are the most effective plantar fasciitis inserts I have tried. They provide immediate relief. I wear them in every shoe I own, from running shoes to pumps.

The pads don’t slip around in the shoe- stays in place.
I have tried other heel pads with no pain relief. Just received Profoot - applied to shoes. Each fits snug- the logo one on the right. I was surprised the heel pain was gone. What a pleasant surprise. Profoot is definitely a keeper.

Been buying these insoles for years. Only thing that works for my plantar fasciitis. Feet have since healed, but I use them anyway to prevent further flare ups.
