Good product, EXCELLENT cust service. Got the microphone, it wouldn't pair with any of my apple devices. Did something I never do, and called custsvc phone number. Got an answer on 2nd ring, and a resolution within a few minutes. He also offered to immediately send me a replacement, if necessary. Extremely surprised with the personal quality of the support from this vendor/manufacturer. I was trying to use the bluetooth mic to record remotely onto an iphone. If it doesn't work with your idevices, contact support, they will provide the following instructions: >>>>BEGIN EMAIL FROM NOLAN SYSTEMS SUPPORT>>>>>>>>> It is nice to talk with you. Looks like your Bluetooth MIC with latest firmware which support both audio reciver and iphone/ipad mode. The new MIC support 2 different mode, one is to pair audio receiver which same as before and another mode is to pair with iPhone/iPad..etc. So, you need to ensure the MIC is enter iPhone/iPad mode first. Then, you can start to pair with iPhone/iPad after in iPone/iPad mode. The procedure is very simple. You need to press and hold the ON/OFF button on MIC until Blue and Amber LED blinking alternatively. Then, the MIC is on and in pairing mode for iPhone/iPad. Please keep in mind. the LED light will be Blue and Amber alternatively is ready pairing at iPhone/iPad mode. If you see the Blue LED quick flash only, it is the normal mode for audio receiver. It can not pair with iPhone/iPad. You can press and hold the ON/OFF button for mode change btw audio receiver mode (quick blue flash) and iphone/iPad mode (blue and amber led flash alternatively). Oh, one thing to remind you that if you like to do the voice recoding on iphone/ipad, you may need to use the apps which support Bluetooth MIC. You can find related apps on apps store such as "audio memos pro", US$0.99. The default apps such as voice memos and video recording on iPhone/iPad only use their own internal MIC.. This unit was shipped fast. Had a little struggle making it pair with my bluetooth speakers. It took several tries and I finally had to call Technical support. The guy was a little hard to understand but was helpful and after doing the same thing I had been doing for about 45 minutes with two different speakers before I called, for some unknown reason, while I was on the phone with him following the manual and his instructions several times, after about 10 minutes and 4 tries, it magically started to work while I was just talking to him, not touching anything. Absolutely no idea why because I had all of my other bluetooth devices off. The other thing to note is that it's output volume is quite low even with the speakers up all the way, the Mic was about 1/2 the volume of the bluetooth music from my phone. No way that I could find to change that. The big problem is a delay of about 0.5 sec. What I needed this for was to provide a clip on mic that went to wireless speakers so a presenter could be heard in a large room where the PA system is often not working. Absolutely useless for this application. There is a delay echo so at that back of the room possibly OK but if you can hear the presenter and the wireless speakers there is this annoying duplication echo. Also if you were using it as a wireless mic for a Video recorder or something like that, the sound would be out of sync with the presenter's lips. When I put the mic close to the speakers, and clapped my hands It would echo the clap about 6 times as the volume dissipated. So in summary: With my speakers up 100%, the mic and speakers were really no louder than my voice alone and the speakers were on an Echo delay so in total it was far worse than nothing at all. I really wanted this to work and in principle it would be a good portable solution for classes etc. But I am returning it. Beware the Delay!

I purchased this item for recording speakers. The quality is way too low to be of any use unless making phone calls. It connects fine, and has a strong connection, but that is useless because of the terrible quality. Even for web streaming the quality is too low to justify the price. Do not purchase this item unless you do not need good quality recording.

This wireless Bluetooth microphone works very well, once it is properly paired. It will pair both with other devices that have displays and devices without a display (like my cheap Bluetooth headphones). My only objection would be the difficulty in pairing. You will need to pay attention to two flashing LED lights to know what mode it is in. Patience should be expected when you're pairing. After that, it connects pretty well. Even though the directions are loosely translated, with a little thought the directions will make some sense.

This product works okay, just okay. I wanted to use it to amplify an individual giving a presentation. The speaker was a soft-spoken woman in a 1,000 square foot room. The speakers I got locally at Shopko did sync up with the microphone, BUT the volume was just fair on this device. The device did not go high enough in volume without distorting to adequately amplify the woman. I will have to spend more money to get a better wireless microphone for this setting..

I use this to assist my disabled son who talks low. This pairs to most bluetooth speakers. I use it with a HMDX Audio HX-P230RD. Pairs consistently. Only negative is the mic is on the same end as the micro usb port. Would be better on the opposite end, but works great. Its great that no computer or any thing else is needed to make a simple voice amplifier with this device. I have searched a lot for any other wireless mic that can do this in case there would be something better but I cannot find anything that even will pair with a dumb speaker, they will all sync with a smart device, but this does both.

I purchased this mic to work remotely in recording videos to my laptop with my web cam. The web cam's mic does no noise cancellation so the sound quality is bad, and at the distance from my laptop that I needed to be for the recording, all the web cam's mic picked up was ambient noise, not my own voice. I have tried everything I can think of to get this to work with my laptop, both with and without the webcam connected, to be sure there was no conflict. I paid enough for this product that it should be complete. If special drivers are required, there is no documentation to indicate either the fact, or any way to acquire them. If additional hardware is required, that fact should be clearly stated in both the sales copy on Amazon, and in the documentation. However, the documentation is scarce and sadly lacking any helpful information. If someone can help me make this work on my laptop, without an additional expense on my part, I will gladly re-consider this rating.

I use it for a lecturing microphone through a blue tooth sound system where no other system is available. Very cool, small, light and comfortable. I actually have two (2) just in case one is damaged or lost in transit to another site. I wasn't very impressed when I first saw it, but the proof is in the performance.

used this to dictate to my iPad IN ANOTHER ROOM. Just wished to prove that it was possible as an aid to the deaf. Worked well and accurately. Very reasonable price

Meine Stimme verlor durch eine Operation an Lautstärke. Um mich bei lärmreichem Hintergrund (auf der Straße, in Gaststätten) trotzdem verständlich machen zu können, suchte ich nach technischer Hilfe. Headset-Mikro und Gürtelverstärker waren schon eine erste brauchbare Lösung. Aber: Mikro in Mundnähe und Kabelverbindung waren oft unbequem und störend. Das Nolan-Mikro funktioniert mit einem geeigneten Bluetooth-Empfänger/Verstärker ohne diese Nachteile. Ich bin zufrieden.

Ne marche pas sur smartphone. Le Bluetooth se connecte mais à chaque fois que tu essaye de faire usage il y a que le microphone du smartphone qui fonctionne. Je le voulais pour faire des vidéos, pourtant dans les paramètres vidéo je activé le micro externe. N'achète pas ce modèle!!!
