I had low expectations for this given other brand experiences, but this pack gets colder than most. Won’t keep cold as long as tradition ice pack or the reusable cold gels, but still solid.I’d recommend for first aid kits on the trail.

This is part of a gift for my guy who will be running the Boston Marathon this spring. While we haven't used them yet, and hopefully won't need to, I've used this brand before and they work great. Always good to have on hand.

I was looking for mobile types of ice packs to travel with and that I can dispose of easily because when I travel with my regular ice packs I tend to leave them places and that gets costly So I was lookingfor something that could last a long time but also Not care if I left it somewhere or had to throw it away. I read the reviews on these ice packs and it seemed like a good product and although it is a good product it only stays cold for about 8 to 10 minutes and I was really looking for Something that would last longer. So if you consider the price and the actual amount of time that the product works, then it’s not worth it.

I bought these for our emergency kit and haven't had to use them yet, but I've used them when I worked at doctors' offices and they always worked great. That's why I bought this brand to have at home.

Bought for my truck driving hubby to go with the first aid supplies I put together for him. The size has great coverage area, it's not huge but it's not small by any means. I hope he never has to use them, but I'm happy he has them just in case he or perhaps someone he's helping got hurt.
