So, I wear a U.S. shoe size 8, and have for years, since having my first kid 13 years ago. Something about pregnancy elonfates the feet afterwards. Or, at least, it did in my case. Anyway, I bought theee pairs of shoes online (Amazon) for the first time EVER, thinking shoes were a safe online purchase bet, because I'm confident in my shoe size. After all, I've been buying size 8's from varying stores for years anf have been fine. For some reason, all three Amazon bought pairs of sjoes were all at least a whole size too large despite correctly choosing my shoe size. The daunting process of shipping shoes back and forth through the Amazon return process sounded like an unpleasant and daunting process, that wouod delay my being able to wear my new sjoes to work even longer. Well, I started researching... Pinterest has a Panty liner hack, where you snip sections of panty liners and stick them into your shoe heel until they're no longer slipping off. I have to say, this worked pretty well, BUT, anyone standing in line behind me anywhere, would or could potentially look down and see all that stuffing down the back of my shoe, as they do show and aren't too cute. I researched some more, came across these, and ordered then immediately. I hot them within just a few days, and ran to stick them onto my oddly large Amazon sold shoes right away. Being that these shoes, again, were about an entire shoe size too large, I used the thick versions, and quickly threw the shoes on. I was bummed to say the least - my heels still kept sliding out. Almost defeated, I started accepting the fact that I was going to have to send my shoes back (a realization made worse when seeing that the size I needed for all yhree pairs were out of stock *sigh*) The lightbulb came on at last though, and I thought I'd try doubling up on these heel stickers! So, I placed the thick pads on first, then stuck the thin ones on, on top of those. That did the trick!!! They're perdect now! And, a quick check down the back of my shoe, and it's much sightlier than the panty liner hack and just looks like it could just be a sock for high heels. Haha!! Anyway, I've rambled enough... bottom line, sometimes doubling up is a good thing!! (Bad joke... )

I got these because I had just purchased a pair of slip on shoes that unfortunately don’t come in half sizes and I wear an 8 1/2. It was Recommended that I order size nine, but unfortunately, I also have very small narrow heels. I am so delighted that the thicker option of the two pair seem two keep my heels in place and prevent slipping And the pads stay in place and stick very well. I can wear my new shoes with pride and comfort and fancy free!

This product was easy to apply and worked right away. Now my feet don't slip out of my heels when I'm walking and I can walk with confidence using my full stride. The only things that I've noticed is that after time the padding gets compressed down and isn't as prominent as when it is first applied.

They are very adhesive, and do hold my heel in place, but the thickness takes up about a half a size and my toes get pushed up to the front a bit. Depending on the shoe, this can be good or uncomfortable.

For the price, this product is great. Worth the penny and did the job.

When I bought them I didn’t know there were two sizes for each color, but they were super helpful :) I stacked two since my heels were a little too big, and the fit was perfect. My heels stayed in the shoes and I didn’t even feel the grips at all. They stuck super well and were comfortable, I recommend these since there’s so many for a good price :)

I was gifted these adorable Christmas heels this year, but they were slightly too big. I ordered these heel grips, and they fixed the problem right away. They stuck to the inside of my shoe, they are incredibly comfortable, and they turned a shoe that didn't fit into a perfect fit. This product is incredibly affordable, and I love that it comes in both black and tan to match the inside of most shoes. I would 10/10 recommend this to someone else!

Used for one day and adhesive didn’t work and adhesive moved in shoe and was DISGUSTING. Don’t waste your money. Better off using padded band aids- they’ll likely stick better!

Only received 2 pairs, and not 4 as advertised. Going to return for refund
