NOTE: I have NOT received a free bottle or discount for my review, however if the sellers are willing to give me a free bottle or discount I will be happy to receive it.I have been taking this supplement since November 2015 and it is now February 2016 and I am happy to announce I am at my goal weight; which I have not seen for at least 2 years. I would say, I lost about 8 - 9 lbs. At first, I only noticed a couple of pounds lost, but my appetite was suppressed tremendously, so that is why I kept taking the supplement. I just noticed about 2 weeks ago that my work slacks were not fitting me and that I needed to go down in size. I decided to get on the scale and that is when I noticed the big weight drop.That being said, I do workout, I workout 3 - 5 days a week. I try to eat healthy but I do eat fatty foods, I am not a totally clean eater. Taking this brand of Garcinia keeps me from feeling starved and choosing the wrong foods most of the time. I would say that I eat healthy 80% of the time but I love fried chicken and sweets are my weakness that I have not conquered. Note that I also take carb blockers (white kidney bean extract) when eating high carb foods only.I am always trying some kind of weight loss supplement, but I heard about these from a few friends who lost obvious amounts of weight, so I had to know what they were taking. Anyway, I tried them and they have worked for me with no side affects besides decreased appetite and weight loss. I recommend that you try this brand, take them consistently and give them time to work. Also, try to do some kind of exercise if you can on a consistent basis for faster weight loss and health benefits. I like to try things for 90 days as long as I do not have any negative side affects.

I been taking this for about 3 weeks and have lost 11 lbs have alot of energy and don't even want sweets. I have noticed I use the bathroom alot more everytime I eat but I plan on continuing it for another month to see if I continue to lose weight the only thing I don't like is how much I am in the restroom I have read tons of reviews on this and don't see anyone else that has this problem I have constipation really bad and have taking stool softeners all my life since I started these I haven't taking one stool softener and I am always going.... that is the only thing I don't like is I spend so much time in there and if I don't stay by a restroom when I eat it's a bad deal but beside that I love it

I have been taking this product for two weeks now and upon starting it also took up a new diet plan. I was on an uphill slope of weight gain and ready to lose it! I also started using protein shakes for meal replacement and watching what I ate. I've lost 11 pounds in the past few weeks. Please don't be mistaken and think this is a MIRACLE PILL, no such thing exists and its hard to say how much of a role it's played in my recent weight loss. I went from not watching what I was eating whatsoever to cutting my calorie intake in by atleast 1/4.With that said, I do believe this product helped curve my appetite and cravings as there is no way I could have resisted on my own! Seems like a great product to INCLUDE with your diet plan.

This is such a scam. Don't be fooled by sponsored reviews. I was not sponsored and this did not work at all. It has been a month since I started using this product. I have been working out and also cutting on diet a little over the past month and there is absolutely no difference whatsoever. Please save yourself $40 and don't buy this. So utterly disappointed.

I have only used this for 4 days but I do not think I'll continue to use it. The pills are huge and I am having a very hard time getting them down, about 15 minutes after taking them I have been getting a horrible after taste then sick to my stomach about the time you are supposed to eat. Not something I would buy again

This product is great. I don't have the urges I normally get during the day and there are no side effects! I've lost six pounds and find it incredibly easy to maintain!

Have been using for a month. What is really noticeable is an up lift in mood and motivation and that is the reason I will continue to take it. As a weigh loss help I haven't lost any weight of body fat at all. I exercise and eat well but nothing so very disappointing.

At this stage I am not sure that the product really works in helping you lose weight. I have not lost any pound, but I see my body changing.The verdict is still out.
