What on earth does "13 d(m) us" mean? these are supposed to be mens shoes, right? what's the d for? what's the (m) for?

13 is the US men's size, D means Men's "d" width (men's shoe widths go from b to eee, with d being medium or standard width). The M stands for medium width. Hope that helps. Unless I'm mistaken this Puma model only comes in the one standard width.
