A must for speed skaters
My kiddo uses these for her speed skates. They help keep her ankles supported, and helps reduce blisters. They've made all the difference in her skating, and I'm so glad I purchased them.

Better than stuffing your shoe
I wear a size 6 in most shoes but got some boots that were not true to size. Probably a half size bigger. This has definitely helped me fill them out more!

Great blister protection for skating! If you're unsure what size get the 2mm, it's in the middle (like medium).

These work great for my son but maybe 2mm would have been better they are slightly thick. I thought thicker the better but it gets bulky in his boot.
