My dad used to get this for me to make the thanksgiving gravy since he smoked the turkey therefore all the juice stayed inside the bird. The flavor on its own is WAY better than anything you can get at the grocery store. You can also easily add your own spices and stock while cooking to customize it for your flavor profile. I was very happy to find this available on Amazon as my dad had passed away and our local store that carried it closed. Basically it saved thanksgiving
