This is a fantastic set—strong, sturdy, and highly functional. I love it!

High Quality!! Have built up a great deal of my professional gunsmith tools and accessories from these fellas - Real Avid. Some better than others-- this set is amongst the better. The punch hammer is actually very nicely weight distributed. All the heads- brass, steel, nylon and rubber, thread on snug and true. The punch pins, roll pins, are just not the BEST I own but they are absolutely good. They're very well made in fact, I'm just set in my ways, and used to certain things. It's like throwing darts for 40 years, with the same set - then 1 night you call it a day, take the wife out for dinner and then you get to go to bar and shoot pool and get a few games of cricket or round rhe world ir whatever your lager swilling pals are into at the moment - and you go to the line, let one fly- and it's not even a qualifying shot. The weight was in the nose, the travel was arched more than ever - then you look at the darts and your wife threw your set out, and bought you some "better ones" at the local sporting goods store. And so you have another jack n coke, and 1 for the road, and 2 for the money, 3 for the nevermind lol and now you can't remember what truck is yours and you steal your best friends with his wife in it. Wake up in bed with her- all because people don't care if you need to use the same thing to get the same results - even though you managed to make it work - just swapped "darts" with your buddy and bought him a few bottles of Johnny Walker Black, and so you know now you can get it in there with the light weight or the heavy tip weight - just don't drink and drive.This is never going to be posted.

As an amateur builder & hobbyist, I was determined to find the best value possible without spending too much. I am somewhat familiar with Real Avid from their Compact Universal Cleaning Kit, so I was confident that they would not put their name on a shoddy product. To no surprise, the Roll Pin Punch Set & Hammer + Non-Slip Magnetic Bench Block is perfect for me. The product arrived in great condition, no bent punches or defective tips for the hammer. The compact design of the case made it easy to find a space for it to live in my range bag, so it is always within reach at a moments notice.I would definitely recommend this to any novice or amateur builders. Try not to be swayed by people with deep pockets, or those who depend on these tools for their career & livelihood - this is a great option to have these tools for the few times you might need them.

Good tool and price is good as well. Very nice to have with disassembling my firearms.

This kit has all the right punches for the roll pins holding your rifle together, and the hammer is just the right size and weight to remove any stubborn pins.

I have used most of the punches so far and they work great. I like the way the lid flips to form a stand while working.

This set makes maintenance easy

Didn’t come with the bench block. In fact, the shipper just slapped a shipping sticker on the front of the case and sent it out, no box. I think that was how the block was lost. Amazingly the case wasn’t damaged. But, I had to peel the shipping label off leaving the sticker residue. The hammer has marks on the head like it had already been used. That was no biggie sense I was going to mark it up the first time I used it anyway. The tools are otherwise fine. It looks like a useful set I just wish the block came with it… that was the main reason I bought this set.
