Standard Process Cataplex B, 360 Tablets

I have been struggling with adrenal fatigue . So I switched my b vitamins to Standard Process and I am feeling the difference already ! Always has been a company that produces clean supplements . A little pricy for me , but worth it for better absorption and energy .

Like all of Standard Process products, Cataplex B is top notch. I've used this and other of their products for many years and have recommended them to people with issues for which vitamin B complex is vital. It isn't just a vitamin B, it is the whole spectrum that you would find in whole natural foods which all work synergistically to better one's health. I could write more but just "eat" this for a while and prove to yourself the benefits. The number of tablets to take depends on how ill you might be. I would start out with 2 twice per day, and I would chew them and swallow with water. Then I would increase the number if I felt the need. Pay attention to how you are feeling. AND leave out all junk and sugary foods - they are a huge detriment to one's health and even destroys the B's in your body.. Vitamin B is necessary to handle stress, depression, and a myriad of other ailments. I even give a half tablet to my 18 pound cat and he LOVES them. Don't expect to chew them and be delighted with the flavor yourself, but for me, I want the benefit to go to work immediately. That's all folks.

Since my family sometimes has difficulty with the digestibility of vitamin supplements, we were very pleased with how easy these tablets were to digest. They were also easy for us to swallow.

I been taking these for a couple of years now and I'm not so tired during the day anymore since I been on them.
