Fantastic
Exactly what I expected a shoe to wear while it's snowing and crappy but light and nimble. Fit is perfect Salomon fit.

Will not try again
Try to get as much posible the rigth size but it was too far from teality

Light-weight but not very warm and snow gets in gaps at the sides
I had high hopes for these based on my other Salomon "quick-lace" (which I love!) boots... one of which I accidentally tore somehow. Anyway, while these are light they are poorly-designed and lack insulation. There's a gap between the tongue and sides that lets cold air and snow in and they are not at all warm. They're OK as long as it's not too far below freezing but I would not buy them again.

Too radical - focus on fit.
Felt cheap for a Solomon product, the ankle contact patch was uncomfortable and will surely lead to blisters.
