I have a ton of issues with my neck and shoulder and many nights go to bed and wake up multiple times in pain. I have at least 6 different memory foam pillows, including an orthopedic one designed to keep your neck in alignment during the night but I still woke up with a really tight neck and in severe pain. I’m so glad I gave this pillow a try. The angle and curves of the memory foam support your head, neck and shoulders wonderfully and I have have slept through the night without waking up in pain!!!The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the lower part of the pillow kept rolling up. I was able to fix this by taking off the covering (which is easy to remove, wash, and get back on), and cutting off 1 inches of the foam along the edge. It lays flat now, no more rolling up at the bottom! I absolutely LOVE this pillow!!!

I was very impressed with the quality and comfort of this pillow AND the available option to remove layers to customize it. It has a wonderful softness to the memory foam yet is supportive, doesn't bottom out. The pillow is large, so has plenty of room to roll side to side, and the back support is very comfortable. I loved everything about this pillow but unfortunately with my very unruly (and persnickety) neck it wasn't quite high enough at the cervical region for me, (I need very high support at cervical region and prefer a soft memory foam pillow -both of which are difficult to find in one pillow) and it is not the fault of this manufacturer. This is an amazing pillow. The quality materials are outstanding. If they end up making a way to get more cervical support I will buy immediately.

I wish it came with the opportunity to buy additional pads. There is a huge space between my neck and the pillow when I sleep on my side. I inserted a rolled up hand towel, so we will see if that helps. The neck curve is too long to get your head to the correct indentation and the slope is too gentle. There is no way someone can sleep on it as shown in the photo and get the correct support. Great idea in theory, poor execution.

Like that it's soft but its just not wide enough to completely lay on it, I have to the worst time sleeping because of my multiple sclerosis and my raving nerve pain in my entire body and I can't lay flat or straight. I only can sleep max 2 hours at a time, and wake up screaming out in agony. It does help a little elevate my pillows to try and get comfortable.

I tried this pillow for a while because I needed help sleeping on my back vs my stomach due to wanting my head to be elevated at night. Unfortunately the slope on this pillow is so mild that I can easily sleep on my stomach on it. This pillow went into the reject pile after a month and I continued looking for a better option.

I really like this pillow.. I sleep well on it.. but I am disappointed in the wedge part of it... the wedge part is about half the thickness that is shown in the pictures and really seems almost nonexistent.. that being said I'm still using the pillow and it sleeps well

I like the idea of a big pillow that supports shoulders and neck unfortunately the feel is too firm . The main Reason why I purchased this pillow is to support my shoulders from the firmness of my mattress. I tried and I wanted it to work but it didn’t .

The material is very nice. I returned it because it was too tall for me and too tapered to provide the support I was hoping to get. I'm sure that this would work for others just not me. Shipping was prompt and return processing was quick too
