Sys 4 Micro Bit Adapter 4mm to 1/4" 25mm

So, first of all, you folks managed to process and ship FASTER THAN AMAZON PRIME. To do this logistically takes a grade A professionalism. Second of all, I already own one of these from a separate kit, so I am hereby VERIFYING THIS PRODUCT TO BE 100% AUTHENTIC. The 'WIHA 758,', the specific weight, and the size all match authentic Wiha products. You are the real deal in shipping and in product! To clarify for those wondering, this adapts 1/4 inch (Nearly the American Standard) to microbits. Microbits are confusing - they are commonly used in computer work (why I have them, as an Apple Technician.) Microbits are supposed to be 4 mm straight up (as wera's are), but are often 3.96 mm in order to get around copyright laws: more common in cheap kits. Because this is for precision hand work, and the microbit is secured magnetically, this 0.04 mm makes no practical difference. This bit holder works perfectly in my Wera kraftform screwdrivers, and fits all microbits other than proprietary locking mechanism designs. Fits iFixit, fits both Wiha and Wera, and a number of off brand Chinese microbit kits (the more likely 3.96 mm bits). I am very please with this product and the service therein! Thank you again!

Good quality. Mine is a flat anodized looking finish instead of the shiny one in the picture, but doubt that this makes any difference. The fit is pretty good. Got this to allow use of the 4mm mini bits in a powered screwdriver. Works great for that. After further research, I found that you can get this adapter as part of some of the mini screwdriver kits (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015F734P0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) as an example. So I guess I’d lean toward spending $16 instead of $8, and end up with a whole set of bits as well. Not sure the quality on this alternative is as good but you don’t need to put a lot of torque on these little bits anyway. Delivery on this was very fast. It came in a nice little Ziploc bag to keep it from getting lost, good thing too because I might have had a hard time finding it in that big padded envelope. All-in-all though, I give it 5 stars for being exactly what it says it is, arriving fast, and being packaged well. And I’m happy it’s available at a decent price with “free” shipping.

I use this bit adapter in conjunction with a small titanium 1/4” driver to make a portable precision driver set to repair things with small screws that can benefit from the clearance 4mm bits provide. Such as glasses. The magnet in this adapter is good and holds onto the 4mm bits well so you don’t have to crawl around looking for tiny costly little bits of metal while trying to complete a task. Would recommend to anyone in need of an adapter to get this one.

I have a lot of smaller bits for my electric pencil drill, whose torque is often not strong enough to tighten the screw all the way. This adapter, paired with the appropriate handle, lets me use my small drill bits manually. The magnetic strength is excellent, but no so strong that the bits can't be easily removed. My spouse, whose hand strength is better than mine, uses this adapter to tighten down all the screws in my metal models. Highly recommended!

This is one of those tool accessories everyone should know about. I wish I had sooner. This particular model is excellent and I would expect nothing less from Wiha. I have a generic precision bit set and this allows me to use a regular multi-bit screwdriver with them, effectively eliminating a driver handle from my EDC.

Well made, adequate magnetic hold for standard 4mm hex bits. Could possibly be improved with a slightly deeper recess to accept and hold 4mm bits that are double ended - keep in mind if you hope to use double ended 4mm hex bits, they will not seat deep enough for the holder to apply torque through the hex faces.

Very handy adapter to enable you to use all your bits with one driver / handle.

I wanted to be able to use my larger driver handle with my 4mm precision bits because its much easier to manipulate than the small precision driver handles. It fits tightly in the driver chuck, and the 4mm precision bits fit tightly in the adapter with no wobble. The magnet in the base of the neck is strong and holds onto the small bits very well. Seems to be made of good quality steel. Wiha makes great products. I'll be buying a few more of these, I just wanted to get one to check them out first.
