Nature DVD - Butterflies and Flowers with Relaxing Nature Sounds

I bought this to use while cycling, using hand weights and a ball, and stretching. I had tried an ocean DVD that seemed repetitive and boring and I had to turn off the sound that drove me batty.This is, for me, relaxing and beautiful, with bright colors. I kept the music on low, and no repetitive bubble noises.I am obviously not a speed demon cyclist. I am someone in pain trying to keep moving, needing a visual distraction to help me keep going. This DVD is perfect.

Excellent for background scenery. Rather than having noisy TV on in background, this is much more inspiring, colorful, and pleasing on the psyche and one's general mood, great for creating a peaceful family environment, wonderful for a Elder Care nursing type room situation. Your loved one will thank you for the lovely, peaceful visuals, as well as reminder of the beauty of the world. We gave it as a gift to an Elder Care facility and they ALL LOVE IT !! Saying it increases a sense of harmony and beauty in the space.

We liked the extra bees on the dvd. Our daughter says that was an extra surprise! :)

i turn this on as a background moving picture without sound. the music on these dvds typically take control of the program and is distracting. this DVD runs on a loop which is very nice! the quality of the photography is lovely!

I purchased this video for my mother who has dementia. The beautiful videos of butterflies and flowers help in calming her. We play it with the music sometimes and other times just keep the video running throughout the day with no sound. The whole family enjoys it.

Too much caterpillar - they are seriously creepy.

Nice but too much narration and tech stuff

If your looking for a completely relaxing dvd this is it . Lovely floaty fish 🐠 scenes and chill out music , highly recommended.
