I have finally tried the Kugoo M4 (also known as Kugoo Kirin M4). I'm 192cm (~6 feet 3)and 115kg (~18 stones) and this carries me easily and fast! Compared to my previous electric kickboard this is smooth and makes for a great ride.The handles are extendable as is the seat.The seat can be removed as can the entire seat connection. However the seat is meant to be quickly folded (it does) and it can be easily pulled out but you still have the connection bolted to the board. All this will take effort to remove. For me I remove the seat and fold down the seat connection, then use it as a kickboard (manual AND electric). I have used the seated position and it takes my weight (well it goes right to the bottom but with the seat springs, plus the dual shock absorbers on the scooter its a nice ride). It also has amazing power to take me up quite steep inclines!Just watch the battery power depending on; your weight, the constant speed you are using, how long you are out and also how steep the inclines. The more of all of these the quicker the battery will drain. Don't get caught out with a flat battery.Instructions/UnboxingThe instructions have 0 info on how to setup the scooter. Naturally it comes aa complete as possible but you still need to make adjustments and connections.1.) The front light is unattached. When I first saw it I thought it had snapped off. No. At the front is a coloured screw connector. It needs mounting there.2.) The handle controls are loose. This is intentional for packing. On the left you have lights/indicators/horn controls. There is a screw at the back that needs tightening when you position the controls in the correct position for you. The same with the speedometer, mode and accelerator. Position this control for you and there are 4 screws on the front. Tighten these/the bottom 2.3.) The Electronic Key "ignition" Box. I hadn't realised that 1 difference between my M4 and the M4 Pro is that the standard M4 I got comes with an "ignition" box where you insert the key. The Pro has electronic remote key fobs so there isn't this "ignition" box. You need to ALSO position this box as far right (so the handle collapse control sleeve can move) next to the speedo controls. Also be aware that when you collapse the M4 unlike the Pro this ignition box will prevent a fully "neat" fold but it still folds and becomes portable. Be aware of this when positioning and fixing all 3 control boxes.Another added benefit is that ALL the required tools are provided in a nice "Toolkit" zip bag.Also a final word Ben Rong is an awesome seller. I had an issue with my delivery but not only was Ben available for support he even offered compensation. Luckily it all worked out so I didn't claim the compensation.

Best electric scooter in the market best value money performance, I'm 1,85 cm and 82 kg and the scooter can reach easy 42-44 kmh. I think the best way to drive is whit the seat, without look a bit unstable

This scooter is very good, fun to ride, goes quite fast too - but the only problem with it is the Tyres - after about 7 or 8 rides around the village the back tyre got a huge puncture. Took it off to repair and found that the tyre had been put on back to front (the rotation arrow was facing backwards!!) - same with the front tyre - on inspection a huge piece of metal tubing is sticking out of the tyre by the rim and this could have been dangerous if I hadnt noticed. . So both have to be replaced. This has cost another £48.00The scooter is really fun to ride, helps me get about the village, would recommend it, but does need the tyres inspecting before despatch by the company.

Have had this e-scooter since June 2020 of which it has been usedless than ten times due to the motor in the rear wheel locking up.Have tried to contact the seller and have had no reply. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM IT IS A RIP OFF A WASTE OF MY £500.

The media could not be loaded.  The price dose not withstand the fact where it says if you charge it full it I i doesn't go up to 50km it only goes 9km for me on full battery sailors keeps telling me to send it back and won’t stop I threw a lot of money out on this

When I bought the scooter I thought it would resolve my walking issues due to a stroke I had but it’s super fast an I maybe a little old for it but it’s a great bit of kit I highly recommend it to anyone who has good balance an likes frills an going fast instructions could be clearer for doing the seat!!!
