I have ordered two of these sets--one for my home and one for my father's home, where I've been spending a good deal of time lately--and I couldn't be more pleased. Set up is easy, thanks to the simple construction and clear directions. And the equipment is strong enough to withstand my hardest hit balls off a tee. The four anchors, which look like garden stakes, work perfectly in more clayey soils like we have in CO. In SC, I've had to reinforce the front ones with a couple larger garden stakes from ACE. The strike zone is easy to put on over the net and relatively easy to adjust. I can't quite get it as low as I'd like, but it's still nice having that target. The basket for balls is quite handy and a nice addition.You might consider getting just the net and investing in a good tee; the one that comes with the set is a little too easy for me to knock over if I hit under the ball. And I personally decided to invest in a bucket of balls rather than using the dozen that came with the set, which aren't the best quality. They'd be fine for kids, and my step-brother was more than happy to take them, but I like using real balls to help me assess my contact.I'll add that customer service is fantastic. With the second set I bought, the basket for the balls was defective. They immediately sent a replacement part. That turned out to be the wrong part--they sent me a net--but when I contacted them about it, they were just as friendly and shipped the correct one (and told me just to keep the net or donate it to goodwill). They even provided a tracking number for me.Overall? Pleased as punch.

I purchased the Baseball Hitting Net set and it was delivered with 2 Female connecting bars, instead of 1 Male and 1 Female, so the base of the structure was never going to be able to connect and work. I contacted Zupapa directly and a lady named Ivy helped me get the Male bar we needed. All I needed to share was our Invoice, the exact issue and photographs sort of showing the issue. Ivy made sure I had my replacement bar within a week. She was so wonderful to deal with and quick with responses and action! Great customer service!!

Not to good for a 10 year old.

This is a good product and it seems comparable to the other brands (distributors) on the market (Amazon), I purchased this set from Zupapa at the lowest price which included everything shown in the photo description compared to other sellers' higher priced similar items.The only drawback was they sent me the wrong color! Other than that it's a good quality product and we would purchase from there again through Amazon.

Not a bad product. One of the straps at the bottom of the net already broke after one use. The Tee is ok, one of the legs already bent after one use. Overall though it works great.

The poles on the sides and bottom need some weight to them It's great to take to tournaments and practices or use in the back yard. We have used UI at home almost everyday since we purchased it . My 3 kids are 6 7 and 14 they all 3 have several uses for the net my oldest hits into it and pitches into it and the younger to work on there throwing accuracy with it as well as hit into it and throw balls in to it when we are doing drills. I think I should have some sort of self weighted poles on the sides or bott or the net assembly instid of little metal stakes

Update: after a couple back and forth emails they replaced the part and the product has been performing nicely.Setup was easy and the equipment seems nice quality for the price. But... the tee is missing the cone part that holds the baseball. The tripod tee stand was included, but no flexible cone to place on top of it. If you can send me the missing piece I'll be happy to update my review. Thanks.
