Nice small yoga/excessive ball for the price. Inflates easily and the rubber material is soft and pliable. Works well for isolating-type exercises. Bounces well too, if that’s what you need it for. Great for elderly people that want to throw a ball back and forth for exercise… if thrown, and accidentaly missed, it will not hurt anyone. It’s very light.

This ball feels like a quality Pilates ball and is excellent for physical therapy. It is also very easy to inflate despite some comments from others that it was difficult, I found it easy. This was an excellent purchase.

I am very pleased with this ball. I got the larger, 9 inch size, as I wasn’t sure the 6 inch would be big enough. It does not come with a pump, but the straw method to inflate it was simple and did not require any exertion at all. Just a couple of quick breaths and it was inflated; easier than blowing up a new balloon. You can t the hardness of the ball by how much you blow it up as well. The surface is textured, so it is easy to grip and keep hold of when using. All in all, I would recommend this ball to anyone who wants a 9 inch ball. Whether for exercise or just for your child or pup to have a play toy (probably wouldn’t hold up to dogs that destroy toys too long though!).

Material is thinner than the SPRI balls at the gym. It is also a bit out of round and a hint of lumpy. It is softer and more squishy than the gym balls when inflated to 9"; so I would not recommend to stand on the ball. Otherwise, it does the job and won't slip out of place. I am happy with what I use it for in exercising inner thigh muscles.

Excellent purchase

I unwrapped the ball and did not inflate it or read the directions. I set it on my coffee table. It took the finish off of my table! When I saw the directions, there is a warning about leaving on wood. ARGGH! Just don't make my mistake.
