These are working great, so far! I was taking only vitamin D3 alone for about a month. I noticed a had a nagging ankle ache for over 3 weeks. I've been doing a little research on how K2 combined with D3 has excellent benefits. I ordered this brand because it had a lot more capsules than other brands. I started taking on 7/8 and today is 7/11. I have no ankle pain. I can move it in a circle without any pain. So, I believe that extra added ingredient (K2) has helped. I'm very pleased and will continue taking these daily.
