Ashley Portrait Hardcover Blank Pages Book

I absolutely LOVE this book! I got two of these so each of my children could have one and they have exceeded my expectations. The pages are very sturdy and it's a quality item. I'll be getting my children one of these each year from here on out while they're little because it's such an easy and neat way to keep their art projects in one place. We have so many stray papers and I wanted something easy to look through and enjoy - this hit the mark perfectly.

I got this as a gift for my little guys’ preschool teacher end of year gift. I printed a class photo for the front and she had each of the children write their name on a separate page. I hope it was meaningful

These are really great books. They are hardbound with a cover that has a texture similar to the pages inside. You can decorate the cover anyway you like. Glue a photo on it, draw with pencil, pen, marker, or even paint on it. Inside you have, I think it is 15 pages of good quality paper. I draw and it has a nice tooth for that. I don't think heavy paint would work inside but a light watercolor, like drybrush work would work great. I have bought a total of six of these books now, one of this size & two of the 5x7 size each for my granddaughter and myself. My granddaughter is 7 and was really excited to create her own books. She & her best friend Emma are planning a book about being best friends was what I was told last time we talked about it. The style and quality of these books reminds my of the little golden children's books, for those that remember, except the cover is not glossy. That was one of my main concerns before ordering because glossy surfaces limit you a bit as some pen or marker will not adhere well to it. Another concern I had was if it would be shrilled well because a few dents would really mar the surface & prevent some applications from looking their best. Not a problem. My books came looking flawless. A good buy and a really great gift idea for the creative people on your friends & family gift list.

I am working towards publishing my own children's book and I wanted something that I could use to get an idea of what it would look like finished. The covers are a matte-finish so they are easy to draw on (I was worried they would be a glossy finish). The pages are bound securely, the paper is durable and good quality (better than regular computer paper) so you can use markers and it doesn't bleed through to the other side. Overall, very well made. Sturdy and professional looking. I like that it came in a pack of 5 so I could go through several drafts. Each book comes in a clear plastic wrapping that folds open so you reuse it. I like being able to put the books back in the wrapping to keep them clean. As I was considering other blank books, these were the best deal that I found. I would definitely recommend these!

This is a great journal that could easily be used as a sketch book or nature study book. It has a solid, hard cover which could be decorated (matte surface, not shiny), and all the interior pages are white and unlined. The only downside in my opinion is that there aren't enough pages. I was hoping for a thicker book, and this one is rather thin. Seems a shame for something that's such good quality.

The wonders of a blank book! Great price! I make story books for my grandchildren all the time. You don’t even have to be an artist. There’s plenty of pictures, stickers and easy art that your grandchildren would love! And you can make it personal! Highly recommended

I bought these in landscape as well, and my review is the exact same: I bought these for my Kiddo who likes to draw his own books. These are FAR nicer quality than I was expecting! The covers are sturdy and the paper weight is surprising for how affordable they are. He hasn't used it yet but I imagine the marker won't bleed through as easily as other lank sketchbooks he's drawn in.

Price was good. Book was hardcover, clean and packaged well. There isnt much to review about a blank book full of regular white paper. Literally that is what it is. Its a great canvas for millions of ideas. Short stories, kids art, art book, drawing booklet, DIY projects, memory book or photo gift etc. Possibilities are endless. For 6 bucks, it is worth it.

I loved this product, the paper quality is great. The book was a bit damaged though on one corner, but the event was too soon after I ordered to ask the company to send me a new one. I still recommend it though!
