Nordic Ware 2 Burner High Sides Griddle 11 by 18-Inch

I really like this griddle, can scramble a dozen eggs on it. I use it for camping, it fills up the whole space of my camp stove. It couldn't be any easier to clean! Nice big handles but watch out, they get very VERY hot so use oven mitts. Unfortunately, I packed mine behind my driver seat and when the suv started up, the seat automatically went back, it bent a corner of the griddle badly, it still works, lesson learned. Don' try it, take my word for it!

My husband and I a few years ago went to a huge warehouse sale of supposedly great pots and pans, and we bought a griddle. It almost immediately deformed itself from heat, and it never sat on our stove properly. Recently we bought this one, and absolutely love it. The only problem we have is the same thing that everybody else has is the handles get super hot super fast so please be careful other than that it is in great shape. It’s heavy duty and it does a great job.

Good griddle. Been using it for couple months and still works good haven’t got scratched. Heats up evenly on gas stovetop. Easy to clean and use. Things that I don’t like the handles get really hot. I have got burnt already for touching the handles by mistake. And it’s light weight witch it’s not good wen cooking and tends to wiggle around.

Excellent deep sided griddle. It's lightweight, but no problems with warping or buckling. Truly nonstick, I don't have to use anything in order to cook pancakes, eggs, etc. Handles do get hot, so be careful and don't bump them, certainly don't grab them. We purchased some silicone covers, works great. Highly recommend!

It doesn't work, everything sticks to it. Even though it was just bought, the heat is already warping it. The quality has gone down a lot compared to the first one I bought. Even when it arrived the Teflon coating was different color compare to the one I had before. It's not worth buying.

Got this for my family for Christmas and we ended up using it 3 times on Christmas day. The high sides keep the mess away from the stovetop and counter. Great heat distribution. Super slick surface. Super easy to clean. Super happy with this griddle.

Exactly what I was looking for. I can cook a pound of bacon at one time. The edges are high enough that the grease doesn’t overflow. Easy clean. Highly recommend.

I was excited to receive this pan as it was a perfect size for our stove top and seemed good quality. I also liked the raised sturdy handles. After first use under only medium heat the pan warped slightly and, to my surprise, the metal handles seemed as hot as the pan itself. The handles heated so much that even through oven mits it was hard to tolerate the heat.

I have had a number of grill pans and this is the overall BEST. For a few reasons. 1. It truly is non-stick. We cook without added oil and we have NEVER needed oil on this. Everything slides right off and a wipe with a damp dishcloth is normally all the cleanup required. 2. The handles are a godsend . As mentioned, some grills come as a flat grill without handles. If you ever need to move a flat grill around when it's hot - well - it just doesn't work. These handles make this grill very easy to use. Even when extremely hot. 3. The higher edge is great for doing stir-fry or similar cooking. Lots of room for the food. This purchase was actually as a gift for our daughter. We've had our own Nordicware Griddle for 2-3 years now and highly recommend it.

I used to have the lodge double burner grill but hardly use it and a pain to maintain (rust) & very heavy. This aluminum grill is better in so many ways. Good for preparing big batches of food. Non stick - easier to cook pancakes n eggs. All aluminium - lightweight. Heats faster than cast iron too. No maintenance needed like seasoning. After using just wash, dry and hang up till next use. Cons - cannot be used on induction. Non stick surface will deteriorate with use. Then I will repurpose it into a serving tray, thanks to the generous handles!

this came directly thru Nordicware...came warped...Why would they even send it....???? Will not lay flat on any surface and thus you cannot cook on it. ON the GOOD SIDE….they replaced it, quickly….and its GREAT..my hubby says best griddle we have ever owned…..so now ***** stars…

The middle of the griddle was warped down (in the middle) so when you attempted to use the spatula to move anything (even butter) the whole griddle spun around. This also caused uneven heating in sections (when it wasn't spinning). Returned it immediately for full refund. Maybe I just received 1 item with a defect, but I'm not going to order 4 more just to see which one does not have a defect.

The pan buckles when it heats up. It's a good size though.
