Great headset and great deal
I'm very happy with this headset for the price. I sometimes have work calls with a very noisy background and this headset gives enough side tone for me to focus on the discussion and those on the other end can't hear the chaos in the background (I do also run the Teams background noise software). I tried other more expensive headsets and the more active noise cancelling only removed lower frequency noise and didn't cut voices anymore than the discovery headset. Having a conversation with hardcore noise cancelling also feels weird to me, but I didn't spend much time using those before returning. Overall this headset does exactly what I wanted it to do, which is isolate me in a noisy environment enough to hold important conversations. I love the over-ear design for comfort, and I appreciate the wired design. I do not like dealing with charging or connecting via Bluetooth (that's my experience in my laptop dropping BT connections), this reliably going to work. The only thing I don't like is where the manual control remote on the cable is located. I feel like it's awkwardly placed close enough to the headset that it doesn't always sit on the desk but far enough away to secure it to my shirt.... Ii often find myself fidgeting with it.It's not the MOST comfortable or BEST audio (for music) you can find, but it's hard to find the right combination for remote work, and this certainly is a fantastic balance for under $100. In my opinion you can't choose a work headset without considering these.

Sidetone feature is great and comfort is fantastic
Absolutely love this headset. When I first looked at it I was interested because it has SIDETONE. Sidetone lets you hear your own voice when on the phone or in a Teams/Zoom meeting while wearing a headset, but you can not adjust it because it is a built in feature that can be turned on and off but not controllable by downloading software. I thought that might notwork as I would like to adjust the volume of sidetone but took a chance anyway and I was pleasantly surprised. The sidetone volume is perfect and the comfort of the headset and overall sound is fantastic. If you work from home---GET IT!

Stronger bass tone, minimal treble/mid tone. Good but not great noise reduction.
So, several key things. My wife and I both work from home in a call center type role for the same company so if a customer hears my wife talking on my calls they get upset despite being advised we both work for the same company and the same for my wife's calls where they an hear me - so I wanted to try a different headset to decrease some of those complaints. We also have large dogs that bark at entirely too much and I've had customers ask about the dogs before. We still have two young adult kids living at home, noise isn't really an issue with them but occasional noises from them happen. That said, today, my wife was talking to an elderly customer and had to talk very loud so it was a great opportunity for me to go back and listen to the call for background noise. During playback I could hear my wife but she was very faint where my previous headphones I could hear every-single-word she said, so while it did not remove all of it it got ~90% of her voice removed. Later on I heard one of my kids sneeze during a call, so I played that back and I could hear the sneeze but again rather than being right up and close it sounded like it was distant. None of my customers today had any comments about background noise, so a strong step in the right direction. The issue I have with the sound though is it sounds like someone forgot to turn up the mid range and treble and just cranked up the base for both my headset as well as during recordings - my voice is far more bass than it should be which could make it harder for my customers with issues hearing impairments in lower range sounds - hasn't been a problem yet but I'm hoping its not one in the future.Another thing to note, my wife has very limited hearing on the lower end of sound and as irony would have it she wanted me to test these out before buying her the same set - I'm glad I did because with her range of hearing being mainly focused on mid/treble tones she'd have a very very hard time hearing customers talk if they already talk in the lower range so something to keep in mind if you have any hearing impairment as she does.I have a larger head and full sized ears, I set the headset to the largest size and it's in the right general spot but a few extra clicks of size would have been nice. Also my ears are not covered by the muffs, so someone with tiny ears might have the muffs cover their ears for a better area seal than I get but for me these rest on my ears themselves and get quite hot/sweaty and a little uncomfortable despite being these being very light weight headphones. I did have my wife, who does have tiny (normal) sized ears try fitting these on and it completely fit her ears inside the muffs and no issues with size fitting her head like it did mine. The boom being moved up/down does not mute the microphone, which based on the design of the boom is a good thing because you have to grab the piece that directly connects the boom to the headset if you want to move the boom up/down as the boom wire is too soft of a design to move the mount and boom. I'd also note, you have to be right up on the microphone for it to hear you well which then risks the noise from exhaling from your mouth or nose.Long review to basically say I'm going to keep on using these despite its flaws because my main goal of lowering background noise for my calls is being met by this set.

Cheap plastic
The noise canceling microphone works pretty good but the plastics are thin and cheap. It broke on both sides by the earmuff in more than one place with normal wear.

Perfect for Behind-the-Ear Hearing Aids – Game Changer!
If you wear behind-the-ear hearing aids, this is the headset you've been searching for! I work a remote job and have struggled with regular headsets due to feedback and echoes. With this one, it fits perfectly over my ears and hearing aids—no more annoying interference. The sound quality is amazing, and I still can't believe how affordable it is. Plus, it arrived earlier than expected! The package even includes two different USB sizes, making it even more versatile. Highly recommended!

I was expecting better for the price.
I hesitate to be unfair in my review because this is a decent headset, but there are just some things that I found disappointing in this product. The sound seems muffled, like all bass, no treble. They are comfortable at first, but they completely seal off the ear and after a while my ears get hot and sweaty. The "status indicator" (the part on the USB cord where you control volume, muting, etc) is1. Is somewhat bulky and heavy -- clatters around banging into stuff when handling the headset.2. Has unnecessarily and annoyingly bright LED lights that are distracting in a dark environment. And they stay on even when the computer is in sleep mode. Even more, the LEDs do nothing to help highlight the button locations, just a silly green circle that fades in and out.3. The volume is controlled by buttons instead of a dial (just a personal preference, I prefer a dial)Like most consumer electronics, the headset came with mostly useless instructions poorly translated into English.
