I was very excited to receive my Woosa King Shredded Gel-Memory Form pillow. First thing I did after opening it was to smell and see if there was an odor. Very happy that there was little to no smell whatsoever. If there is a smell I couldn't detect it. I fluffed it by hand for 3-4 minutes and then let it rest for 3 hours. Took a nap on it and I have a lot of great things to report but only 2 minor things as well. The good first.Very soft pillow but not soft to the point there is no support. I find it to be extremely comfortable, and the bamboo cover is very nice. 9 out of 10 on comfort. Will explain later why not 10 out of 10.The King size pillow is a true king size. 10 out of 10The cover has a zipper and can be removed for washing, with a cover this soft I'm not going to put a cover over it! 10 out of 10The pillow itself also has a zipper so you can inspect the contents. I like that. Tag says it's 100% gel memory foam and upon inspecting 10 or 12 very small pieces (they are all very small) that could be true. One piece did not act like memory foam, bouncing slowly back, seemed that piece was more just foam. Listen, I'm not a scientist nor can I prove it is or isn't just an observation. Either way not very many pieces that way and to be honest I doubt it's just foam and not memory as these pieces just might not have had time to fluff. I believe the best in people, I know. If it's this soft I will say it's most likely memory foam just didn't respond as quickly as others. No biggie.This pillow comes with a 111 day test in which if your not happy just send it back for a complete refund. That's incredible! Nothing to lose with that. My wife said for $47 you better like it. :)I found the price to be 10 out of 10. Yes $47 for a King size pillow is a lot but if it last me just 2 years that comes out to .06 & 1/2 cents a night. WELL WORTH IT!!My hour nap was great, the pillow was soft and yet supportive. Here is my only and I do mean ONLY issue. I like my pillows full, I like my head up more than most. I am not normal this way. I wish this pillow had more of the filling in it. Seems about 25% more would be perfect for me. Again I like my pillows soft but full of padding. I think this pillow is what the average person would want but for me I would like an additional 25% and with the zipper that is possible. I have sent an email to the company asking to purchase more filling. I will come back and let you know how they respond. Filling I am giving it 7.5 out of 10. Again I am probably abnormal when it comes to my head higher when sleeping.All in all I give it 4 out of 5 stars and if the company let's me purchase an additional 25% more stuffing I will give it 5 out of 5.Great pillow, buy it! Well worth and with the 111 night trial you have nothing to lose!Update. I asked the company for more stuffing and they sent it to me free of charge. Got the stuffing today, now this pillow is perfect!!

Okay, well this one was too fluffy for me too! However, this one allowed me to take some of the stuffing out without having to redesign the pillow. It had two pillow cases WITH zippers. So I pulled out two grocery plastic bags of foam, slept on it for two nights, but didn't like it, so I stuff one bag of foam back in and slept on it and it's wonderful. Biggest problem now, is keeping two of my cats off of it. I'm making sure I'm covering the pillow when I get up in the mornings, now.This pillow replaced a bean husk pillow of my own design. I bought two of the as seen on TV, because I found one uncomfortable. I bought a zippered pillow case, actually two, one cloth and one the silky stuff, combined both pillows into one and used that for the last 20 years. But this is just as comfortable, haven't had any neck problems, It's considerably LIGHTER and I really like it.I believe that the 'too fluffy' issue comes from sleeping on bed wedges. They keep me from waking up with pain in my back that used to reduce me to tears... But again, I do really like this one.

I am in love with this pillow! I have spent a lot of money over the last several years trying to find a good pillow. I have bought memory foam, gel, down, etc. I've bought cheap pillows and pillows that are more than this one, and I have always returned them. For the last couple of years I've been buying the $5 pillow at Walmart, which I use for a couple of months, and then I buy a new one. Even washing them doesn't restore them to where they should be. I often have neck pain and headaches when I wake up. I was skeptical that this pillow would be any different, but I finally decided to give it a try.I am primarily a side sleeper, though sometimes I roll onto my back and wake up later feeling stiff, because of the thickness of my pillows. THIS PILLOW does not cause that problem! When I am on my side, my head sinks down into it, but it doesn't continue to flatten, as many memory foam pillows do. When I roll over and use a different section, it adjusts immediately and I fall back asleep very quickly! I never get that hot feeling from this pillow, which was a big concern for me. I did splurge on some high thread count pillow cases, because I didn't have any king size pillow cases before. That, honestly, was worth every penny! I did try this pillow for a couple of nights with a standard pillow case, and I did not like it at all. The pillow was crammed in, and it did not allow my head to sink down into it. I thought I would hate the pillow, but after getting big roomy pillow cases, I'm in heaven!It comes in a deceptively small package, and it puffs up really quickly! My husband is incredibly sensitive to the 'chemical smell' of memory foam, so he was my test for that. If he put his face right down into the pillow, he could detect a small level of odor immediately after opening. I let it sit on my bed for the rest of the evening (a few hours) before putting on a pillow case. Even he said it was gone after that. I have had MUCH worse! Opening it was a breeze, just tear off the plastic and it pops right up! It includes a care sheet/booklet with some details about the product and some cute graphics.I've actually never owned a king size pillow. I always felt like a standard pillow is sufficient for me, so I never bothered. Now that I have one, though, I will never go back! I don't have to move the pillow around on the bed when I roll over or re-situate. My husband has used a couple of flat pillows stacked for YEARS. He will not give them up, no matter how old and gross they are (he drools, but now wears a CPAP mask). However, I had him lay on this pillow for a few minutes. He was hesitant, but almost fell asleep instantly, and this was before I put the pillow case on. Since then, he's asked a few times how much my pillow was, which is a sign that he's considering getting one for himself!Obviously everyone is different, and many of the pillows I've tried had very high reviews and people raved about them, but I ended up hating them. I can't promise it will be the most amazing pillow you have ever used, but I personally have no regrets about buying this pillow! I have a hard time imagining it not being comfortable for someone, but I can't speak for everyone. I will say that I would gladly spend the money to buy this pillow again if, no question. I have been sleeping, and waking, in discomfort for most of my adult life, and I finally feel like I can sigh in relief. This thing will travel with me anywhere I go, because I'm spoiled now!

This pillow is the one!! It’s the 3rd I ordered, and I knew it wasn’t getting returned immediately.Why the 1 star?? There is ZERO customer service. When I tried to remove the (so soft!) bamboo cover, the zipper had several threads showing, it got stuck. Contacted the company, NO response. I don’t mean to sound disgruntled, but it’s frustrating and disappointing this amazing pillow comes with a ghost company.
