This consecration book has wonderful daily meditations. TO complete the consecration according to this format, one must also purchase the videos from other sources. But very good way to go.

I prayed with this book as preparation for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception (Dec 8). It is a beautiful tradition! The daily reflections are short, but profound. I found myself reflecting on and sharing it with my friends and family. I am very blessed by this book and thankful to my friend, Daniela, for sharing it with me. I look forward to doing this book with my grandchildren and groups in my parish.

I did the St Louie de Montfort consecration several years ago. It is very beautiful but also more time consuming. I’m enjoying Mary’s Mantle consecration right now after reading The Warning. I can’t think of a better time to get closer to our Lady than now when the world seems to be turning upside down and we are forced to watch it sink lower every day and further away from God. She is our Mother and her joy is to take us to her Son. I strongly believe we won’t regret doing this at the hour of our death when our souls are being judged and she intercedes on our behalf. I purchased the e-version of "Mary's Mantle". Toggling between the opening prayer and the preparatory meditation for 46 days is my only micro-criticism of this book. It would be a helpful innovation to have the opening prayer pop up before each meditation. As a Catholic, thankful for prayers graciously answered by Our Lady of Guadalupe, the spiritual journey of preparation and consecration constructed by the author, Christine Watkins, was a truly beautiful experience. I have only a day or two to go before the Retreat is completed and almost don't want it to end. The quality of Ms Watkins' writing is a joy. I have already framed a quotable quote from the meditation on Kindness - every reader will find their own memorable quote(s) to live by. Our Lady comes close to you during this Retreat and I had one amazing incident of forgiveness occur while I was reading the meditation on Kindness. Please do not feel pressure to believe me - it is the nature of faith to rely on human testimony and the honesty of that testimony, and I welcome your scepticism. The Church rigorously tests our claims and wisely so. To come back to the review, if you need a fresh beginning on your spiritual journey as a Catholic, the renewed commitment through consecration to Our Lady of Guadalupe offered by this book is a beautiful place to begin, and I found it a rather miraculous space in which to grow. Having discovered this author, I will read more of her work. The last word should go to Our Lady of Guadalupe - there is comfort in her reassurance to St Juan Diego: "Do not fear any sickness, nor anything that is sharp or hurtful. Am I not here, I, who am your Mother? Are you not under my shadow and protection?"

I just completed the 46 day consecration to the Blessed Virgin Mother of God, Mary. I prayed the entire scriptural Rosary (all 4 Mysteries) daily and went to daily Mass and fasted on Wednesday and Friday. My prayer life is transformed and my life is renewed in every way. Mary is continually teaching me to pray and opening my heart to new ways of praying (praying for the holy souls in purgatory, to desiring to spend time before the Blessed Sacrament in adoration, to wanting to pray the Way of the Cross,...)My life is no longer my own and I have given myself completely to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I can't emphasize enough that I have witnessed persistent sins and sinful habits fall away and disappear and be replaced by heavenly virtues due to the intercession of the Blessed Mother to Jesus. I also go to receive the sacrament of Reconciliation every other week and pray the Divine Mercy chaplet everyday at 3 pm.I am a new creation in Christ and owe it all to Our Lady's Mantle Consecration who will lead you to her Son, Jesus Christ and He will set you free from all sin, heal your heart and deliver you and redeem you life as you dedicate yourself to daily prayer from the heart, fasting and receiving the sacraments of the Church often. This consecration truly works miracles and I will attest to the power of Jesus' transformative love and mercy through Mary. PRAISE GOD! I give all the honor and glory to God and will forever be grateful for this new and deeper relationship with Jesus and his Mother Mary whose hands I hold as I walk by faith toward the Kingdom of God.Mary has inspired me to also consecrate myself to St. Joseph and I begin this consecration in 4 days. I love you Mary!

Best book to grow in spirituality

Wonderful , easy to follow format ... a simple meditation or thought for the day ..which covers 46 days before consecration .. a beautiful means to come closer to God ... and it couldn't be any easier for busy people. The teachings and meditations have great spiritual depth and wisdom. Strongly recommend ! 😊

This is a brilliant book to use for consecration to Our Lady. I'm only on day 3, but am already feeling tempted to read ahead! Each day, Christine Watkins exhorts us to practise a different virtue - Commitment, Love, Tenacity etc - in a way that I find really meaningful. It really speaks to my soul. I also love the description of how the consecration to Mary's Mantle started among the poor communities in Mexico, with the involvement of many families.

I like this book, a series of 46 meditative themes to think about qualities such as thanksgiving, love, commitment etc.

Lovely book for the believers of the faith. I really enjoyed it .
