The light that is given off is great for an evening gathering or just a quiet fire. The bulbs have held up through a few summer storms with heavy rain and strong winds, we'll see how they do over time. The two feet in-between each light is the perfect distance for the backyard, it might not be enough if you are hanging them inside. The only think that was challenging was installing the light bulbs at the high points after installing the wire, taken from the recommendation of another reviewer. I would not have wanted to put them in before though because I did drop the wire to the ground a few times while installing them independently. Next door neighbor is now purchasing!

I liked these light so much I bought a second set. They are durable. I dropped them and didn’t bust any of the bulbs. I used shepherds hooks to string them up around my porch. I also bought the inline plug to make the lights dimmable and it came with a wireless remote. Bottom line I love these lights.

Bulbs were a bit smaller than I imagined they'd be but the smaller design looks good for my purpose. They are pretty sturdy and never got hot after being on for several hours. Happy with my purchase.

We put up this string about a week ago using C hooks on the inside of our screen porch. The glass bulbs are well protected, so I don't think we'll be having any issues but I'll update my review if that happens. The bulbs were packed separately in foam and none were broken. Everything came in a nice, sturdy box.Being LEDs, they're quite bright, so we bought a $13 tabletop dimmer that works with dimmable LED bulbs, and it works great. The light is a beautiful warm yellowish glow, like I'd expect from incandescent lights. Very happy with the color. And since the lights are so bright, they look great when we're having dinner before the sun sets too.

The bulbs on this strand are beautiful. I prefer glass because they won't get dull. The glass is perfectly clear and the light is warm white but not yellow. The only thing I don't like about the strand is the sockets feel cheap like they're made of brittle plastic. Only time will tell how long they'll last. I zip tied the strand to a sturdy cable strung between shepherd's hooks so it's not hanging on it's own weight. They look really pretty under my trees. I hope they last well.

We love these. They're a nice warm color and put on a dimmer timer they warm up the surroundings. We usually run them on the lowest setting for ambience but they can get very bright if you need. Our string did come with a dead bulb which I replaced with the included spare. Seller is supposed to replace the dead one as of yet that hasn't happened....fingers crossed on that.

I was shocked how small the boxes were for that many lights. But it provided the right amount of light that guests could easily see each other but not too bright. Only concern is the thickness of the wire, it is not very thick. It would be ok if hung on a wire strung and attached, each bulb has a hook, but I felt I couldn't leave them up all of the time hanging by this thin wire.
