Arrived in perfect condition, phew!!!
Arrived in one piece!!! After some reviews I was really worried about the tank arriving broken or scratched. However, packaging was good, no cracks, scratches, or other visible defects. I am using this as a habitat for a 5 foot rat snake. So, cannot speak to water holding ability. Have used for about 5 months now, and it's great. Pairs easily with a wire mesh lid to keep snake where he's supposed to be. Really good value for the price. Much less expensive than other 20 gallon tanks out there and works perfect for my intended use.

20 gal. fish tank had a manufacturers defect that was attempted to be covered up with a blob of sealant. Underneath was a small chip with a very fine crack leading towards the bottom corner. It was $106.98 and now I'm going through hell trying to either get a refund or replacement. Don't buy a fish tank from Amazon.

Good quality, the silicone job holds the water perfectly, although if you're OCD like me, don't look at it to hard! Otherwise great tank.

This is a great tank for the purpose of what we bought it for. My child bought an axolotl and this has come in very handy just remember there is no lid to this particular tank

The 20 gallon glass aquarium is step up for my 10 year old hermit crabs. It's Heavy so delivery is the best part. It arrived in perfect condition.thank you

No breaks or cracks - check Craigslist first!
Arrived perfect, packaged nicely, though found a cheaper one with a top AND filter on craigslist. Returning would cost almost $50 so It's not worth doing so in my opinion.

Very disappointed (Broken Glass!)
I bought this for my Hamsters because I wanted them to have a larger area to run and move around (the cage from PetSmart is just to small in my opinion) When this tank arrived the box was destroyed a bit and the tank...badly broken. Im very disappointed as I was anxious to get my hamsters into their new home
